These guys do WAY more than A/C. Theyre not the cheapest but they communicate clearly and truthfully everything you need and what can wait if need be, and work quickly and efficiently.I happily drive past a dozen other shops to go to Fadallas when my car needs work.

This is from a satisfied customer of Fadalla’s Auto Air. I’ve been a customer for 30 years and taken 5 different vehicles there a couple of times a piece over the years. This post is prompted because of a visit yesterday where I had a Major replacement of 2 AC components . (1999 Heavy Duty Truck). Fadalla’s is the only Auto Air shop I’ll ever use, simply the best on Earth in their field. I have always found the service and employees to be the best. Local business, Owner, Founder and “CEO” is in Mobile and available..... you can’t beat that.

I had a very positive visit although they were very busy.

I came here because my AC was broke I needed it fix I paid $100 for diagnostic which is what I posted. The younger gentlemen w/all the tattoos who works here told me would be $1550 for new dryer and compressor than $1450 with diagnostic fee off than about $1475 with tax Then when I come to pick up my car than they tell it’s $1675 my bf brother deals with Paul’s automotive all the time I had called them in beginning they told me $1400 without tax because I told them was $1500 at fadellas my dady said it’s about same and since fadellas did my diagnostic and $100 would be took off to let them work on it. I would’ve never let them work on my car for that price was why I was calling quoting around. Then he should’ve wrote the price quote down on the paper that was the point of paying for diagnostic right ? my dad say he did this on purpose not writing the quote amount on the diagnostic so they could give me any price they wanted when was time to pay which exactly what was pulled today. Then he act like he was doing my a favor like I can take $50 off because the manager not here. My brother already told me he’s the son of the man who owns it I’m really upset and he was like It’s my fault it’s my fault tho I’m sorry I told you the wrong price he was like I didn’t have your number he kept saying that but my number is on my paper work like how did u call me the 1st time after diagnostic to let me know my car was ready ? Full of it if you ask me they some scammers I wouldn’t trust these crooks to clip my dog nails. My car still isn’t blowing out cold air I took it right back and he come outside sit in my car to run a scanner and smokes a cigarette like I know he don’t smell any cigarettes smoke in my car why do you think it’s ok to sit in there for 15min with a stinky cigarette ? My car still isn’t blowing cold cold and they was estimating this as a $1700 job dam near I don’t know if I want to take my car back because I’ve already paid over $1500 or just spend more money and pay somebody I may be comfortable with they are very unprofessional I’m very mad I didn’t go with Paul’s automotive

Three weeks ago I went to get my air serviced and they charged me $450 and diagnosed with as having a leak. Three weeks later my air is not working abs I take it back abs wait another 4hours and they said it was diagnosed as needing an air compressor and it would cost$1,500!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! In addition wanted to charge me for telling me that!!I REFUSED TO PAY AGAIN Due their lack of professional service of not knowing how to correctly give diagnosis of your vehicle. Please do your research and READ THE REVIEWS!!!!!!!!!

After having my car for exactly 4 weeks they did not call me or anything about my suv so i jist had to go there and when i did the charged me $700 and my car is no longer drive able i drove it the now i cant even drive it away!!! And no one seems to know what happen!!!!!

I would recommend anyone to go to Auto air. Vince is the best he does it right the first time and there work is neat. I went there to get my A/c fan fixed and air going back right and they also fixed the leak that my a/c had. Vince is a very patient man and will work with you and get your a/c back working right.

They are very honest. I stopped in with an air-conditioning problem in my car and they showed me that my radiator was low on fluid and filled it up for free. This is one of the many times I have used Fadalla’s and have been extremely pleased with their service. I will be back.

Great service at a good price

We took my Jeep Grand Cherokee to Fadallas with an A/C that wasn’t cooling. After checking it out we were told that we had a faulty hose. We had the hose repaired, and they said we were good to go; but gave us a 90-day warranty in-case anything happened.After one week, my A/C had quit working again. We took it back, and were told that this time it’s a leaking condenser- that wasn’t leaking the week before- and that it would cost more than the first repairs. They told us that the first part had a warranty, but that part wasn’t the issue and we would have to pay for this new issue.We didn’t feel that they were being honest, and felt it was best that we take the Jeep and have someone else look at it. When I turned it on and began to drive away, I noticed that now I have a check engine light on that wasn’t there when I dropped it off! I drove it to work and around town, and met my husband at home for lunch and for him to look under the hood. Once he opened the hood he quickly realized that we were missing quite a few parts. After calling them and letting them know, they said they realized it and are sorry, but they never thought to call and let me know I was driving my car around town with missing parts!I cannot warn you about this company enough. Not only was I riding around with missing parts for my car, but I feel that are dishonest and take advantage of anyone who isnt knowledgeable about auto repair.

I took my car in to have my ac..checked...The team determined my ac..was fine and charged my system for me...The shop was in perfect order the guys there are so nice and professional...I feel like the price I was charged was very fare...Theyhave gained another customer...I will not take my car any place else for service...I highly recommend Vince and his staff....they do everything...oil changes..etc...they are honest...and stand behind their work.....and my ac...is so cold now.....

Awesome A/C Service

If you need your auto ac worked on, this is the place to go to. They quickly diagnosed the problem, and had it fixed by the end of the day. Originally they said the repair would take about 2 to 3 hours, but it ended up taking almost all day. That can happen. It happens. Once the repairs was finished, I was still only charged the price I was originally quoted, even though the repair took longer than what they said it would. The staff was honest and helpful, and when I drove away from their shop, the AC in my car, actually worked better than when I first bought the car.New review, In May 2016-- They replaced the belt on my car(not the timing belt. It doesnt have one.) The total cost was $133.00, and it was done in about 2 hours. My AC, which they repaired summer of last year is still working just fine. I know there are some bad reviews, but so far they have never done me wrong in any way.

Took my car there to get air recharge it was blowing some cold but with I left the air hotter than outside and they said I need a new compressor $1150. I went to auto zone but 1 can of Freon and 3 minutes later it’s back colder than before

If you are smart you will stay FAR away from this place! All you will end up with is more problems then you came in with! A little over two weeks ago my fiance brought his truck in to get the AC fixed. He knew what the problem was already and everything. They told him it would just take a few hours. Well, a few hours later they hadnt even started. No big deal though, we said we could come back the next day (let me point out that we live 45 minutes away) so I took him home and the next day they tell us it will done by 2. So, I drive him back up there (Im also doing all this at 8 months pregnant) and we get told the same thing. This goes on for the next three days and we finally just need his truck back so I dont have to wake up at 4 in the morning to take him to work. We call and tell them on a Friday afternoon that we just want to come pick it up, fixed or not. We were told that it is torn apart and they dont have time to put it together before they get off so we have to wait until Monday. At this point, Im pretty mad. But, somehow this crazy pregnant lady makes it through the weekend with waking up early and us sharing my car. Monday rolls around and of course, it STILL isnt finished. Finally, on Tuesday (over a week later) they say it is done. We go to pick it up and they told us that it was ready but they dont know how much it will be and the person to tell them that information might be here any minute or it could be a few hours. We ended up waiting hours for a truck that was already done! Finally though, we get a price (almost $700 later.) The price was much more than he was quoted, but at this point we didnt care and was happy to have his truck back. He gets in his truck to leave and they completely tore the dash apart and now the radio no longer works! They werent even going to mention it to him. So he goes back inside and they say they will fix it the next day if he brings his truck back up there. So, he starts to drive the truck home and at first the AC works but after just a few minutes the air is no longer cold! He calls them and turns around to make them fix it. They did something to the air to make it work a little better but said they dont know how to fix the radio and that they would have to try to get a new dash out of the junkyard for him, and that they would call him to let him know when they found something. He reminds them that he leaves to go out of state in a week so he doesnt have time to wait forever and they promised it would be here in time. Needless to say, excuses were made everyday and he left to go to Texas yesterday. He called them two days ago saying that he either needs the part sent to him or the money for it. Now they apparently have no memory of saying they would pay for the peice THEY broke. They did offer to order it for him as long as he pays for it. Are you kidding me? We have messages from the receptionist telling him they were looking for a new dash AND that they were going to pay for it but now they want to change their story. So, once again, go ANYWHERE but here! They are lying crooks!

I took my Ford F-150 to fadalla’s they immediately took me in and replaced my compressor and clutch and belt on my A/C. My truck has NEVER felt this good. It is so cold I have to turn it down a knotch or 2 if you need auto A/c work done I HIGHLY recommend Fadallas on airport blvd in mobile

I have been bring my vechicles there for a couple years now. They have always taken care of all repair at a fair price. Vince the owner has even went out of his way to help me on the weekend when they were closed. I know there are some bad review on here but dont let that stop you from checking them out. Great guys to deal with.

Why even have a lady upfront helping if she cant do anything at all. I wasnt there for auto repair but I was there to pick up a uhaul trailer that I rented. No one there could help and she gave me a phone number to call. I ask what the number was for and she said I dont think we have uhauls. I had to inform her that they were all lined up along side the building that you work at. Smh The phone number she gave was disconnected or hadnt paid their phone bill. Very very unprofessional place. Dont bother doing business here, just keep on driving! Im sure anyone down the road can help better.

Have had 3 separate vehicles repaired here, 2 dodge diesel trucks and 1 toyota. If you can, deal with Vince himself. He has taken care of all my automotive A/C repair and service needs for 7 years now. I think alot of the negative reviews here are folks having dealt with employees that were shady or flat dishonest.Good help in the automotive field can be hard to find and keep.When getting a quote ask for detailed information on what is being repaired and replaced, on older a/c systems sometimes a complete rebuild is the ONLY way to have it stay running right.

My chey truck eas making a bad noise coming to work law something wrong with the A.C. they fixed it and it had never been that cold .Later in the same year the same truck was running bad fixed in a couple of hours.This year the same truck had a whistling noise repaired the same day .l have had a great experience at Fadallas auto air...

These have to be Most Selfish Inconsiderate People I have ever encountered! My daughter accidentally took her vehicle to the wrong place for Service and they took it upon themselves and charged me this crazy fee when they knew they were not even supposed to be touching it! What company just takes it upon themselves when left overnight and starts working on something that has no name or anything instead of calling the other place of air business to see if for some reason was suppose to be there??? The girl was so rude and would not give me my vehicle without paying! She talked the Owner and he states the same thing! I assume these horrible people have never made any mistakes in life! I even emailed the Owner with no Response! I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE THEM AS THEY TREATED ME LIKE A DOG!!!! MY DAUGHTER WAS A FULL TIME STUDENT AND WORKED TWO JOBS. GOD FORBID HER TO MAKE A MISTAKE AS THEY SHARE THE SAME LAST NAME!!!! The work was good, they tried really hard to correct a misdiagnosis and I appreciate that. But the customer service from the front desk was terrible. Go in on a day that shes on vacation.

I will never bring my business here again. Just wanted my AC fixed. Paid over 300 dollars for some hoses and what I hoped would be a repair. It works! Or worked... for a week. Came back and all the freon had leaked out. What?? I just got new hoses! They refilled the freon. Guess what? One week later the AC was blowing hot again, hmmmmmmmmmmm. Went to another ac place and stood with the guy and watched all the freon shoot out of where Fadallas had replaced the hoses. They didnt put a new O-Ring in! So when they refilled the freon the first and second time they failed to see freon shooting out of the car? Fadallas said I needed to replace some other parts in the car for another 200. Lying company that sabotages your car for money. Never again.

I felt I was robbed and disrespected. After high expectations and $380.00 my auto air conditioner still DOES NOT WORK! I would rather walk into a Lions Den wearing meat underwear than to Ever go back there.

In 75 years, this was the worse business experience ever!I will make this short. They misrepresented their service, they costme $379.00, ($79.00 for a troubleshooting charge, and $300.00 for a part they told me to buy). Today, the Shop Fmn. said we only work on your vehicle between other customers. How did I get moved to the back of the line, day after day? My Grandson needed his car and after 3 months of this back and forth, and always seeing the car setting on their parking lot, not in a stall or being worked on? When we picked the car up, there was no Refund for the trouble shooting that was never done. You should read the other reviews and heed their, and my warning:: DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO FADALLAS AUTO AIR!. yOU PROBABLY DONt need the headache or the heartache.

This company does not deserve to have even one star!!! This is the most unprofessional company I have ever seen. They will quote you one price but then when you go to pick up your car they will quote a substantially higher price. Originally quoted $850 for air compressor repair then after installing the air compressor was told I need to pay $1400 total. They were rude and did not want to remove the part after I told them this was more than I could afford. DO NOT USE FADALLAS!!! Dont take my word, research and look up other reviews. There are plenty of negative ones. I wish I had checked them out before going.

Wish I wouldve read these reviews before I went and sat in that shop for over 4 hours, its like I wasnt even there they didnt start looking at my car until I start complaing. I will NEVER recommend them to anyone period.

Had a major brake issue. Vince and his crew got me in and out in less than 24 hours with a price I could handle, and helpful friendly service.

Went in today for an evaluation to see why my air was not cooling. They were friendly and immediately looked at my vehicle. I waited for a little while, but when the technician came back he informed me that I had a minor problem and he fixed it. I will be going back !
