Bad, bad, bad business, diagnosed wrong problems, didn’t even try to fix anything. Just want to get pay and leave, I try another company in couple hour they got it fixed and now running fine. What a Scam,I wouldn’t recommend this company. Price too high.

They are incredibly high in their prices--even they will tell you that. They cost me A LOT of money. Replaced some parts on my furnace during the summer that should have only cost me about half the price. Anyway, when they replaced the parts, they damaged another part that made my heater not work. They came back out to investigate and of course said it wasnt their fault, that these things happen. False. The company I bought the part from said they have NEVER seen those parts break. My new HVAC guy also said that in his 17 years, hes never seen that happen. It is what it is, but I will never use them again. They also sent some kid out to my friends house who misdiagnosed the issue and almost cost them hundred of dollars. They got a second opinion from the guy I am now using and it was a totally different issue that only cost $85. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION!
Dustin did an awesome job on fixing my ac. Ive been in the industry for over 8 years and he knows what hes doing. He was prompt and professional as well. As long as Keith has techs like him theyll have my business.
My parents are in there 80s and have two units in there home. We had to get the unit upstairs replaced due to the age of it. It had a slow leak and would need refrigerant put in it at least once a year.I work close with construction companies so I know a thing or two about pricing. I was supposed to get a couple of quotes for my Mom but Keiths quote was so reasonable that Mom and I agreed not to even bother to get another quote.I left work early around 2:00 p.m. the day of the installation to check on my parents and the progress of the job but to my surprise the installers were already gone. My Dad said that there were three installers and that they were kind and courteous. My Mom was already taking a nap upstairs where the new unit was installed.It was one of the neatest and cleanest installations I had ever saw, and Ive seen quite a few. Thank you Keith Air Conditioning for such a great job and for caring for my parents.Walter Gardner
Great overall experience. AC broke on a Sunday and the technician came out on the weekend. By Tuesday I had a new AC unit. Great management, a very quick response and great installation.

The Office Manager, who was born without a name, is incredibly unpleasant. I called for pricing, she hung up on me. I think she may need a hug or, perhaps a class on professionalism. Good luck in the future, nameless Office Manager!
I had my fall checkup this morning (8/31/2017), performed by technician Gary Young. As before, Mr. Young did an exceptional job. He is obviously knowledgeable, very thorough, and willing to answer questions. In addition, hes just a nice, friendly, trustworthy guy...who even tolerated the dog this morning. I much appreciate his skill and competence. In my judgment, Keith AC is fortunate to have him. Thanks.Clark Robenstine
My sister AC went out, I called this company per my warranty list. They came out the first time and my sister AC still was not working properly, had to call them back a second time, and a differ person came out than the first time. My sister AC still was not working properly. I called Heads Heating and Air the third time around, they found that it was a whole different issue than what Keiths said it was. But Heads was able to fix her problem the first time around and my sister AC is now working great!
The work was great customer service was great.But their was no invoice are any paper work left after the job. I had to call in only receive a invoice in mall.I appreciate the thank you note and the candy
The team at Keith Air is terrific! They are always quick to respond if there is an issue! We are on the maintenance plan and they keep our unit and generator in tip top shape so that we rarely have any problems at all! It is great to be able to count on them. We love Keith Air!!!!!!
Their service is horrible. I requested an 24 hour emergency service me and my family set in the heat for over 4 hours without them even giving us an call back. This company has no integrity. And yes this review is for keith air conditioning
We chose Keith because they are a local company and have such a good reputation and we were not disappointed. Kenny was our service technician and he was so friendly and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job explaining everything. He also showed up in the timeframe that the service department said he would. Speaking of the service department, I spoke with them several times on the phone and they were all so friendly and helpful. I am so glad we chose Keith and we are now lifelong customers.
My a/c went out earlier this summer and the first call I made was to Keith Air Conditioning. They worked me in despite a very busy schedule, and they were able to replace both units in less than a day. It was very easy to see how much better their installation work was than that of the company who had installed the prior system (leading to several problems with the old unit). Keiths employees are also very courteous and professional. You dont have to worry about having them in your house if you cant be there during every second of the service call. Keith probably isnt the cheapest company to use, but theyre not outrageously expensive, and its worth it to know that the work is going to be done properly and professionally. I would recommend them to anyone.
I called Keiths on a Sunday, raight a 6:48 pm, was told it would be about 1 to 1.5 hours for service tech to get to me. It was actually about 40 minutes and a service Tech by the name of Christian was at the front door promptly. These guys are up front with their costs, and Christian was very professional as the repairs were made. It was a bad coil, and within about 20 minutes, I was back with cool air conditioning again. This is my first time using them, and I will be using them again should anything be needed. Based on Christians professionalism, and knowledge about what he was doing, and explaining everything the whole process, this tells something about the company. Also, an indication of their size as the service truck is professional, and they seem to have everything needed to address any call immediately.If I have to use one word to describe Keiths...it would be Outstanding.Travis Heathman

Second very poor experience with Keith. They have become ridiculously overpriced for repair work. My family has used Keith AC for decades, but it looks like I need to go elsewhere for repairs. :( They are good for installation of new units, but the techs doing repairs are very, very slow and in turn very, very expensive. The charge for replacing a 60 amp circuit breaker was over $200 - with maybe 20 minutes of actual work. The circuit breaker costs 10 bucks and the replacement is very simple. Just turn off the main breaker - unscrew the screws -pull out the breaker - slide in the new breaker - connect wires - turn power back on.
Had a new HCAV unit installed. Employees are courteous and helpful. Excellent service.

TERRIBLE!!!!! I needed a new HVAC system in a remodeled modular home. They were prompt and professional up to the point I was supposed to get a qoute. The tech come out on site, went through the house, offered suggestions and different solutions. 2 days later I had to follow up for the qoute and then told me there were not interested in bidding the job that it wasnt in their market??? What? You cant replace a HVAC system with a new? Oh, they did say sorry, but that wont cool my home, nor my temper over this. I would NOT call them.
I have been doing business with Keith for years and could not be more satisfied. Prompt courteous service and competitive pricing.Would recommend them highly.
