Farnell replaced our complete A/C system at one of our properties. The outcome was the best in our over over 40 years experince i.e. excellent in every way. They were very professional and their office provided us all the necessary completed paper work after the installation.

Hayden and Hunter not only fixed our issues with our Nest thermostat but they explained what they were doing throughout the service call. My Husband and I felt completely comfortable with them in our home. I strongly recommend Farnell.

Farnell Heating and Air Conditioning performed maintenance on the AC units at my school today. On multiple occasions there were arguments and foul language used in the hallway. After about the third time, I went out and told them that it was not appropriate behavior in a school setting and to please stop. The OWNER of the company proceeded to sarcastically apologize and slammed both of my doors. I was very embarrassed for our students and for his employees that do not deserve to be spoken to in that manner.

Was charged $260 for a service call that should have been no more than $100. When I called to discus the shocking $160 up-charge, the owner promptly returned my call only to yell obscenities, express his annoyance that someone would question the work done, and then hang up on me without any intention of a civilized conversation. Extremely unprofessional, and quite frankly offsetting... After looking into this incident, I found other reviews referencing Mr. Farnells poor temper, which matched the ridiculous phone call I received.Not recommend, why would you want to do business with someone of this nature if you have other options.~Left tools onsite.~Left screws in hallways where A/C unit was not properly re secured.~Poured dangerous chemicals around my exterior unit without a warning. Luckily I saw it and kept my dog away.~Instead of diagnosing my unit, it was a teaching lesson for his grandson.~Did work I specifically told them not to just to rack up more time. There was no need for the grandpa and his grandson to tie knots and hang things up when they were called for an A/C diagnosis.

Our technician today was Austin. He serviced our 2 Lennox AC units replacing in-line filters and reprogramming our control panel. Austin exhibited professionalism during his visit. He displayed a high degree of component/system knowledge.

Just replaced my 22 year old system with new 5-ton Lennox. Price was very competitive. Technicians arrived one time, answered all my questions and cleaned up afterwards. I would definitely recommend Farnell Heating and Air based on my experience.

We got a quote for $2000 to replace our whole heating unit. Then called Farnell (Daniel) for a second opinion. Came out---$300! And great service, me and my husband recommend them for sure. thank you!!

In early Spring I had Farnell replace both of my AC Units, including the new heaters, air handlers and outside units. They sent a great group of technicians to do the installation of my new Lennox Units. The job was done very professionally. The scheduling of the work, which was done through the Costco Special, the installation as well as the followup paperwork and rebates, handled very professionally and in a friendly manner by Mitzi, her Dad, Mr. Farnell, and the other ladies in the office, was completed and all folders and warranty work received as instructed. I had a couple of issues with the units and the problems were diagnosed, fixed and completed by Daniel, who is a very professional young man. Units are working extremely well during this very hot Summer and Ive very much noticed a considerable savings in energy costs over the previous years due to the efficiency and high Seer ratings of both Units. We were very satisfied with all aspects of the job, followup and performance of the product. I highly recommend Farnell AC and Heating.

The best in the business when it comes to keeping cool and hot and they are very nice and will help u anyway they can and they stand by there work plus they help me save in anyway possible way when it came to installing my ac unit and did me a fantastic job and it didnt take long at all and Im well satisfied and I recommend anyone that have any heating or air problems call farnell heating &air

Called Farnell after our AC unit went out on a Saturday in July. Daniel arrived, isolated the issue, and had it fixed very quickly. Very friendly and professional. Highly recommend.

The ceiling tiles above the cashier station colapsed at my job. The water came from a leak in the coil from our A/C unit. The unit was about 9 years old at the time and was not well maintained. I called Christina Hall at Farnell Heating and Air Conditioning to send a tech so we could sign a maintenance contract and assess as to what repairs needed be done. Paul came out within 2 hours of calling. After inspection and a repair to get it running again so our servers would not overheat Paul recommended replacement of the unit. The tech was very clear in his explanation of what he did and what our service contract included.I submitted their bid for replacing the unit to my Corporate offices for approval. Their bid was very fair and compitive, we accepted the contract.Took about 3 days to have our new A/C unit installed, along with another year maintenance. Everything works great, they are very cordial and prompt to work with. I will send anyone who ask me about A/C work their way for years to come!

Please please teach whoever drives the truck with the license plate VSL807 to drive. This is the second time hes cut me off really closely without a signal, causing me to have to break rather suddenly with my two month old in the backseat. About 3-4 weeks ago, literally the same truck did the exact same thing on Airport Blvd once again with my two month old in the back seat. I was going to leave a review about it then, but decided to let it go. However not this time. I have dashcam footage, and god forbid something had happened to my son this would be a lot more serious. Something needs to happen with this driver though, because his carelessness could get this company in trouble one day.

Be warned! Mr. Farnell has a temper issue.. This can be seen on other rating sites and verified by me. They claimed to have fixed a floor furnace at a rental property of mine and then left the property. I paid them immediately for the repair. My tenant had to go to the hospital the same day for carbon dioxide release...she was having severe headaches and sick to her stomach. I ask for refund of repair... he told me to stick it...Farnell was happy to provide me a quote for a new empire floor furnace with a slight discount for their mistake. after telling me Mobile Gas did not install floor furnaces anymore. Called Mobile Gas out to inspect the floor furnace and they discovered the part they charged me for was never installed!!!!!!...Mobile Gas did sell floor furnances..as it was determined I needed one. Farnells quote was almost double the price of what Mobile Gas charged for the same unit installed. You have been warned! Had to protest on credit card to get full refund.

Sadly to say I will never use this company!!! On my way home driving on I-10 East, I was behind one of this companies vehicles and noticed that it begin to sway back and forth from lane to lane. I begin to blow my horn. I decide to try and pass the vehicle, as I was passing the vehicle I noticed that the driver was texting on his cell phone! I begin blowing my horn again as if he would look at me or stop doing it and he didnt! He proceeded texting and driving so I wrote down the needed information to call and make a complaint. I called the office and spoke with a female by the name of Laura and begin explaining the situation to her. She placed me on hold for a brief second ... after returning to the phone she begin explaining to me that the appropriate supervisor was in a meeting and could not take my call. I then asked for the supervisors name and she told me Kara and refused to give me a last name. I explained to her of the severity of the situation and it need to handle immediately. She stated that she would make sure that my complaint reached the appropriate person and refused to have me leave my name or number for a follow up call or anything. With this behavior and unprofessionalism I will never use this company nor will I recommend it to anyone!!!!! Everyone PLEASE PRAY THAT YOUR LOVED ONES OR ANYONE GET HARM by the careless acts of this driver for this company!!!!!!!!!!
