They had ONE job.... and couldnt do it correctly. They cost us a major legal battle and bill. They act like they do no wrong. It is the opposite. I resent whoever referred this inadequate group of people to my SIL. Grief and closure seemed like it would never come due to the debacle they created.

This organization was anything but. They handled an account for someone we were working with, and dropped the ball on many time sensitive items, causing issues for all parties.
