Quick and expedited experience. Walked in and was met with courteous staff who helped me through my public assistance projects. Much more organized than your typical government facility had plenty of staff to help. Make sure to use the website to bring in any materials you may need to help both you and the staff.

Great service to people and very friendly staff working at this office. They are very professional and understanding. They really work hard to come up with a practical plan to help people become self-dependent besides helping them with the resources available. Some people might have complaints, but you probably need to put yourself in their shoes to understand their situation.

Everytime I go in there they are nice. The building is nice, parking lot, etc. But my insurance was getting turned off and I didnt know why. I talked to them and got everything I needed turned in to fix it before they turned it off. Well its been a month, I dont have insurance. I had to cancel all my Dr. Appointments, Therapy, no meds. Im basically withdrawing from my meds. It does not take a month to process a piece of paper. I cant even call in because I never reach anyone. Like seriously, this is unacceptable especially from the gov.

They really try to help people, some people get fluster because they have to wait until there number is called. Sometimes the ladys at front desk can help with your problem and you dont need to take a number. Thanks for doing a GREAT JOB

Very kind and friendly, the whole staff was patient and made sure I understood the process and helped with the paperwork and the interview was done with patients and consideration

Their performance during the covid-19 pandemic is atrocious, the unemployment office is easier to deal with!!

They were very helpful and friendly. Even though it may takes several days for an interviewer to call you, they are very knowledgeable and friendly.

The case workers are extremely rude and act like you they are above you. The only people that I found nice in there other ones that greet you at the front.

Some amazing supportive people. One front desk lady (dark hair) isnt so nice... cant ask a simple question without getting a very unimpressed sigh and rude answer!

Horrible. I have never had such bad customer service. I have called 1x a week for almost 2 weeks now and I have NEVER once gotten a call back, even tho the prompt says enter your phone number and we will call you back and you will not lose your place in line. I have not gotten a call back. NO wonder people get so upset. This place does not even deserve one star!

If you loom online, people always say bad thing about how busy it is and how long they have to wait to be helped. I dont have those complaints. If the employees are busy, i wait. If they are get rude, its probably because people are rude to them. They are people too and they are working in a stressful environment. I always make sure to treat them the way i want to be treated.

After 3 weeks of trying to call 5 times a day with zero sucess I sat down for 3 1/2 hours repeatedly redialing and still nobody answered the phone. Ive become convinced they dont actually exist.

If i was able to rate ZERO STARS i would. On hold for 2 1/2 hours- very short with me- no information. Im sure if i was an illegal immigrant I would get helped right away.

I left a message to be called back. that was on the 25 of september. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK!Now i have no food stamps!i am disabled. i have been homeless! i just got a place to live. all i needed to do was recertify. i went to the office several times. i tried calling back. People are not doing their job! i have never had a problem before! i cant even talk to a person!why cant i get help? i am an autistic woman over 50. it should not be like this! ( i had to click one star to make it post..... but i didnt want to!)

Will likely make you come in 4 or 5 times. I ride my bike everywhere, and came in 5 times at 7am, just after work. Each staff member told me I was eleigible. Finally, I got mail saying I was denied. Going 2 weeks without any food at all. Already used my 2 food bank days this month.

Started my case on the 25th had to come back in twice finally actually got it approved on the 18th of the next month( there mess up twice) basically dont plan on going in there an getting everything you planned on doing done in one visit there
