Although it took a week to receive a return call. I understand why. The case load at Summit is high. When calling and waiting for a return call please keep that in mind. Be patient

They’re really helpful if they actually return your calls. I’ve had problems trying to communicate with the secretary as well as program specialists who would say “I will definitely call you back today and let you know what I find out.” Regardless of my numerous calls to then follow-up, I never heard back. This has happened on multiple occasions, unfortunately.

I work with my sister as a caregiver for self direct I have worked with this company for several years and do not have a complaint

I am always greeted with a smiling face when I walk through these doors and exit them feeling richer for the experience and the information passed back and forth. The staff that I have had the luxury of working with and gleaning information from always makes me feel right at home and well taken care of. Certainly these folks have been a blessing in my life and the life of those around me.

So helpful. Helping my disabled relative be at home is amazing. Met social worker who came to house and she was very helpful

I remain dumbfounded how Summit keeps their doors open. The social workers I have contacted for help do not return calls. The three I have worked with were chronically late or cancelled more appointments than they kept. I felt like a total inconvenience as a client. Problem employees are treasured and valued, which perpetuates a culture of more of the same. Summit is a toxic eddy of dysfunction. I do not recommend. At All.

We have always found Summit Independent Living to be very helpful. The staff are top notch and very knowledgeable.

The Woman sitting in on my meeting was incredibly condecending.The service wasnt able to help on multiple occasions.The government has made it impossible to file a claim, without assistance.Too bad the EMPLOYEE exaserbated the situation instead of deflating it.
