Nobody answers the phone. You get the message: your call cannot be completed at this time. When you call the State APS, nobody answers the phone. They suggest you leave a message, but that number doesnt pick up, either. No wonder Montana is ranked among the last states anybody would want to retire. The alternative is to call 9-11 IF THIS IS AN EMERGENCY. I dont know if it is or isnt. A frail elderly woman over 100 years old may be suffering from neglect. This calls for a wellness check. What are the police going to if she does need help?

They seem to want to help but Ive called twice now and they tell me someone will contact me soon, but havent yet. I know they are busy & over worked. So I wont give them a 1 year.
