They are very helpful and fair when it comes to figureing out your support order. If you owe or are owed. The case workers are nice and extremely helpful. All-round pleasant experience.

The caseworker literally told me that all they would do is send him a letter and if that doesnt work they will send a cop to the door to tell him he owes. -80k! Not every man is a deadbeat but this gem is. The kids need braces and I just want to split the cost but I cant get in touch bc he hides from his responsibility.

I get that they deal with dead beats all the time. However I am not. I pay my child support as I’m supposed to every payday.An extenuating circumstance happened in my life and I didn’t have the ability to pay a simple $30 one time. Within just a couple weeks I was receiving threatening letters saying they would take legal action against me if it happened again. Even though it was communicated and agreed upon by myself and my child’s mother.Good to know that in Child Supports eyes every father is a dead beat, and money is all that matters. This place is the absolute worst.
