Salvation Army has got this new facility, an improvement big time from the old location. Their mission is through faith to help the less fortunate, laundry and showers are just a couple things for free. The staff there must be heaven sent, I got a sense of caring and understanding people here. May God bless them all!

I think the showers are very clean private and nice. The staff is friendly, and all the times Ive enjoyed a few breakfast snacks before lunch. Honestly Ive woke up very hungry all the way from my camp in West Riverside, and they NEVER Said NO about receiving snacks... Or a place to wash clothes charge the phone stay warm and take a clean shower...ITS A VERY NICE PLACE WITH NICE PEOPLE..EVEN THE PEOPLE THAT GO THEREITS A VERY NICE SERVICE TO HAVE IN THE WINTER IN MISSOULA MONTANA....

They helped me, my sister and my boyfriend when we were homeless. Amazing people. And awesome place to shower and find/get resources and fulfill needs.

The Salvation Army is wonderful in the help it gives to those of us less fortunate. I do HATE that the CEO makes an exorbitant salary from donations meant to help the homeless though. That, in my mind, makes them for profit.

I gave the Salvation Army in Bozeman a 1/5, but this one is entirely different and a much better experience. The workers are respectful. They serve lunch around 11am, seems to be slightly better than the Poverello Center. They have various types of food items to snack on if you cant wait. They have showers there, the facilities are surprisingly clean, the water always nice & hot, they provide soap, showers, & sometimes washcloths (if available). I highly recommend using these showers over the Poverello center as they are clean, more functional, handicap friendly, and private if youre one of those weirdos who cant be naked in front of other people. They have free laundry services and provide soap, but get there early or youll be waiting got a while. It closes at 3:30pm to adults (last shower @ 2:30pm), but stays open for families & children. They probably do a lot more stuff, I just go there for showers, occasional laundry & lunch.

Horrible service! Theres a fat woman in the front desk we asked nicely for diaper and wipes for my baby. She said she gonna look for smaller sizes but she never even give us what we need they give us one plastic bag of crappy can goods only. They have nice building and keurig coffee in the office but they cannot even provide your simple needs!!!!
