Sent my daughter a priority package, it said it was delivered at her apt complex, she hasnt received it. Called building manager he pulled up video of packages delivered that day to apartment reception area, my daughters box wasnt one of them. How can they scan delivered if it wasnt in the delivery?? Is it still on the truck or dropped at another address?? Package still missing very frustrating!!

The staff is friendly. I always enjoy walking in to check my PO Box. Large limestone building gives off a vintage downtown vibe.

I genuinely dislike the layout of this post office.In order to get packages/mailers/boxes you have to walk past everyone in line. The packages dont clearly label how much shipping will cost, so once you go back into line and get to the front, its typically a surprise as to how much shipping will cost.The postal workers are clearly tired and the people behind you are clearly tired of waiting, so you have to sort of just deal with your surprise.I really wish they would layout the material you purchase closer to the entrances.

These guys should easily have 5 Stars!!! Most definitely the ONLY post office to use in Missoula! Every single time I go here, I get treated with the utmost respect— even when they’re incredibly busy! The staff take their time in helping me, give me great advice and tips on saving money when sending a package. You can just tell that the workers here genuinely care, it really shows and that means a lot. Compared to the Post Office on Kent, this place is like Royalty! Please, drive the extra distance to visit THIS post office!Many thanks to the staff here!

When I rented a PO Box here I was advised that the doors were open for PO Boxes from 8 am to 8 pm. This has been true for almost a year. This evening I was expecting something important and when I arrived at about 5:45 the damn place was locked up tight. Even if the guy that was responsible for the 8 pm lock was ill, or even died, there are at least a dozen other people that could have filled in for a day or two.. Nothing worse than a broken promise when youve paid for a service.

How can a business be ran so bad and still be open

UPDATE: I changed the review from 1 star to 3 stars. Somehow the package arrived to its destination. But the funny part is that the case we opened for the missing package sent us an email a week after it arrived saying that they couldnt find it. So I dont know what happened here. I dont think they found it but somehow was lost and ended up in some shipping center and just proceeded to deliver it. Still awful serviceWas sending two phones to someone. The lovely guy who took care of it at the office didnt bother to ask about paying for refunds because I thought if they get lost I get refund anyway. Guess what, they lost the phones. Lots of money wasted on trusting you guys.Doesnt end here. Their Contact Us service is pure anti-consumer. I opened a case for them to find the lost item, which did nothing. I tried to call and waited hours, never got anyone to answer my calls.You guys robbed us. Never again and I hope you lose more customers.

I ordered a mouse that said it has been delivered to your post office but it also says it is in transit and when I call your costumer service I just got the same damn message over and over.Do what you get paid to do please.
