Bigsky in Charlotte is awful theres no air only 2 fans there only two plugs for powerand the supervisor CK do not no how to talk to anybody he always mad and hates to answer questions he cussed me out like a dog using file language and I have been advised to file a formal complaint against him not to mention I hope they dont make no one sick cause they the sodas be full of mold that there shipping out to the customers all they do is wipe them off and send them out to customers when the customer send sodas back they just accept them and resend them to other customers.

This fulfillment centre may be the USs best kept secret, so much so, that Im actually concerned writing this review could flood them with clients, so I delayed writing it! Im speaking from experience by working with 3 fulfillment centres in Canada and the US.Big Skys best qualities1) INSANELY professional and responsive team. Every email/phone call gets a response within a reasonable time frame2) Expertise and knowledge - you cant buy this. the team is well informed, knowledgeable about shipping practices, packaging, customer service3) Visibility into your inventory / software - awesome software so you can keep watch on your inventory, add items for customers easily, manage samples, reports, INSANE integration with Shopify4) Errors - we have barely any errors, the boxes are packed with care (planet loving brown paper) and this is really appreciated by our customers5) Reasonable prices and shipping rates - not only does Big Sky offer reasonable prices, but they allow you to access cheaper shipping ratesand finally - the team! Patricks team at Big Sky Fulfillment has been absolutely instrumental for our US launch. Patrick started Big Sky after having his own e commerce company, which means he designed a fulfillment centre to meet problems. Mike and Jessica work on our team and they are consummate professionals. I dont have the names of the staff who pack our boxes but they are packed with love and attention.We are so grateful to Big Sky for working with our small business, especially their dedication and commitment during COVID-19.
