Ordered a hot water heater, and the shipper picked FedEx. Well I guess that was the first mistake. They tried delivering the package at 8am. Which in my opinion is pretty early for residential customers. Called em, and was told that there was no way of getting the package earlier than 5-6pm, and I will have to drive down, pick it up. Maybe Im just frustrated, but this is kinda bs. Took the day off work to be home to get package and install. So I guess I have another week with out hot water, thx guys. My kid thanks you as well.
