This is an amazing establishment. Steve works with our son and does a great job. I know that my son is being taught to lift properly and safely. I would highly recommend to anyone.

I highly recommend Pfahler Sport Specific. Their team of experienced athletes, coaches, and trainers ensure a healthy, positive, accountable, and encouraging experience for participants willing to put in the effort. We have 3 kids participating in their conditioning and basketball programs ages 9-17 and couldn’t be more pleased with the results!

My son has been going here and once I payed for months and he got kicked out and Steven didn’t even tell me! If I could give 0 stars I could!!!

This place is awesome and the owners are great people and very knowledgeable in all sports, including improving strength and speed.
