Really Great company out in Missoula! Not only did they hold my truck for 7 plus months without complaint, they were quick to get parts installed once they arrived. I cant thank Randy enough. My old rig was so fallen apart they had their hands full! When I broke down and limped it over, they did their best to work me into the schedule. They pointed out some things I needed and what I could wait on to save the budget. I always felt their pricing was honest and werent trying to upsell me. We had a estimate from minot nd for 4,5000, shocked! We brought our 2006 kodiak 32 ft big ft rv in and Randy took the best care of us we could ever dream of! Packed bearings, adjusted alignment, diagnosed other quote, blew out our radiators and charged us a fraction of original estimate! Thank you Inland, we will b back!

This company has been wonderful to work with. They rebuilt our transmission & readjusted the front end on our Dodge Ram. Took a bit, but no fault of their own. Our warranty company is a pain and they handled it well. Customer service was spot on. Mark was great on keeping us updated. Definitely recommend!

We had loud sound in the rearend took it there and Randy told us what it was they fixed the problem and kept us updated mark was great to he showed us the problems and forest help and got some parts cheaper they all are great people they took care of us and tried getting us the best price just great people thanks guys

Called for a part on my international. Got told they’d have to order it from the dealer. Responded with “that’s fine. My boss told me to use you guys so get it coming.” The staff member responded with telling me that I need to just call the local international dealer. Guy wouldn’t even look the part up for me. I don’t really care where it comes from. This guy clearly just didn’t want to do his job. I will forever take this mans advice and will use the local international dealer rather then call this company every again.

I had to rebuild my wiring harness on my semi and they did it!!! It saved my truck and repaired a ongoing problem with the truck 2015 international prostar. I am really thankful because I had to have this fixed to continue using the truck. So thanks!!!!

I was looking for new axle shafts for my 72 Oldsmobile Cutlass Supreme and a buddy of mine recommended I talked to the guys at Inland. Inland is well known in Missoula, I hear their commercials on a regular basis. Anyway I ended up calling and talking to Ken who was very knowledgeable, friendly and funny. He was able to locate new axle shafts for me. After installing them, I found out the original ones were actually still good, no blame being placed on you guys as it is I who thought that would fix my issue. Well chit chatting with Ken in regards to my issue and the car itself he said something about the transmission bushing maybe worn out and suggested I pull the drive shaft and bring it in. I installed the new bushing that he was able to get for me and I found the drive shaft was dented and bent. I dealt with Forest on this issue and he gave me a quote for doing a new driveline for it which I gave him the okay to do. Just put the drive shaft back in last night and my vibration issue is gone. Your personnel there are great to deal with. They treated me very well and I will definitely send people their way! Keep up with the good work guys many thanks. Robert

Their customer service is amazing. We purchased a differential yolk that was wrong through no fault of their own. We left a message on Saturday thinking we would not hear back until Monday, surprisingly, the phone rang on a Sunday and they had the correct yolk on the shelf. It is nice to have someone care about their customers. Thank you

Had an allison output speed sensor fail while on an extended vacation, and Inland Truck had the only replacement- probably in a couple hundred mile radius! Very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful people. Five stars isnt enough.

Took a snowmobile trailer in to get a tail light replaced. Did not ask the price but assumed that it would be easily under a $100 total. I should have been worried when we called the next day and I was told that the mechanic was having a hard time with it. ITS A TAILLIGHT! How hard can it be. Apparently pretty hard since my bill for the fix was $283.17! That price is broken out as $28.27 for parts (cheap taillight, misc wiring) and nearly $250.00 for labor! I questioned the price and was told, essentially, thats what we charge. Ive had the same think done in Helena at Capital Trailer for around $75. I guess Inland saw the government plates and decided to jack the price. Get a quote before and hold them to it!

Very efficient, but by far the most expensive oil change Ive ever had.
