I came in for a last minute and emergency trim on a Saturday after calling every salon in town. It was towards the end of the day but the hair dresser said she would take me before she left. She did my hair in about 30 minutes and was so kind the entire time. Perfect amount of conversation! I left feeling so refreshed and I like this haircut better than my last luxury salon cut. She gave me exactly what I asked for. Thanks for taking me in on a last minute walk in. I appreciate it.

Wendy was awesome! She took her time and I love the outcome of my haircut! The lady who checked me in had somewhat of an attitude and seemed uninterested. But for Wendy, I’d come again!

I have used Wendy the past several months, she is friendly, efficient and I have not been disappointed with my hair cut/style. Easy to call and make appointments and I believe they have appointment slots as late as 6:15pm

Dont judge it just because its in Walmart. The people working are nice and they do great work. Even with kids.

I booked hair cuts for my 4 year old son and myself online it said the estimated wait time was 10 min. When I showed up I was told they were booked all day and they wouldnt be able to get us in until tomorrow because we checked in online. I will never be coming back to this place such a nice thing to happen on my birthday

The gal did an amazing job on making my 2yo look like a little boy, his hair was getting so long my daughter kept tryna give him pig tails

A group of women gossiping about their friends and family. Turned away a 5 year old little girl, looking for her kindergarten haircut. Clearly an establishment with no moral code or professional conduct.

Hated my hairdresser. She didnt listen nor did she care. I bawled when i left. Manager was very understanding and did her best to correct it.

Way better than their Kalispell location where the lady employee was very rude

Made appointment online, while in route got a call and was canceled, blamed booking software. They need to correct this problem because she stated that they knew there is a issue.

My haircut was rushed and poorly cut. It would not hurt for the manager to smile sometimes. And the customer should be told at booking that a mask is required and a $3.95 fee must be paid for cleaning due to the virus. This is inexcusable. Stations should always be sanitized. Also equipment used!!

She did my eyebrows and made one shorter than the other. Made them very thin on the ends and it’s not what I asked for. Definitely won’t be going back.

I wish I could have left positive reviews in the past. Smart style usually is my preferred place to get an eyebrow wax. This last visit I left with one and a half eyebrows. The tech was visiting and looked overwhelmed and had an unfinished client already being worked on. She was busy. I cant help but feel she rushed. I left a tip anyway.

They got me in on super short notice for a hair cut (a trim really) were friendly, helpful and quick. Great service, the least expensive haircut Ive had in a long while, and still excellent value for money.

Really disappointed. We go here for all our hair cuts. The owner/manger has the last 3 times told me shes too booked to do my sons hair then is doing nothing the 20-30 mins it would have taken. So we will take our business elsewhere even if it costs more. Sucks really liked my hair being done there. Wont be back.

Ive been coming here for years and never ever have I been told 15 minutes I wait they put some one in front of me then told me my opinion is to wait or go somewhere else. This is unacceptable service.

I use to come here all the time, I use to like getting my hair cut here, but one Time a employee was very rude to me and now I never come back,find better trust worthy people

Depends on which stylist you get. Bonnie does an excellent job. One time I went in for a color and it was a guy and he did a horrible job, but the next time I went back, he was gone.

Usualy good. Just got my mair cut by an IDIOT!!! We told and showed her what we wanted and rather than that she cut all my hair the same length 1/4 of an inch! >:(If you see a person with big light light blonde hair run and cut you hair yourself.
