Car broke down while driving through Montana. AAA wanted to tow to one of their recommended shops but AAA tow driver suggested Crawford. Couldnt have been a better experience. Staff expedited my fuel pump replacement and had me back on the road in less than 4 hours. They went above and beyond to take care of me. Very professional, honest and reasonably priced. They made a bad situation tolerable. Thanks!

Charged $45 to tighten battery terminals. Couldn’t find the real issue and gave it back with suggestions. Overall experience was fast and vague at best. When I got truck home I put it on the lift and spotted the issue right away. I don’t have 1/4 the experience he does. Not a lot of effort I guess. Couple the right mechanic with the repair.

Ive been taking vehicles to Crawfords for about 20 years now. Theyve always treated us well and given us a fair price.

Needed a new winch on for my ATV as well as a major servicing. Called and made arrangements for dropping it off a few days ahead of when theyd work on it.On the day of the servicing, they called and confirmed the winch needed to be replaced and what my options were. Also mentioned that the servicing was nearly done and no major issues were found.It took a few days for the replacement winch to be delivered. Then the work was completed and the ATV was ready to be picked up. Im sure they saved me about $200 plus the work was done as promised.

Chase *always* fixes it, and he does it for far less. Other mechanics in town make you feel like they are doing you a favor, Chase makes you feel like family. Try him out. You will not regret it! I wasnt paid for this review, I just want to see him do well because he has done such a great job on my familys cars!

Mr. Crawford is a man who takes the highest pride in his work. He is a clear communicator who knows what I need to understand, as a woman who knows nothing about vehicles, always lets me know what needs to be done, what can wait and what may be something to think about down the road. CHASE IS THE MAN. After not getting screwed by all motorcycle shops in Missoula I called chase. He quoted me a price on tires and I told him I could beat his price and he told me to do it. Charged me 100 bucks to put on new tires. Has answered numerous questions over the phone about my banshee. Just an all around great place to get work done.
