Made an appointment for 5:30pm, was not greeted after standing at the front desk for 10 min. A lady then asked what I needed only because she had to charge another customer. She then proceed to tell me I had to wait an extra fifteen minutes, it seems to me that they prioritize walk-ins over those with appointments and aren’t considerate of my appointment slot. I literally don’t understand what the point was of making an appointment in the first place... I would understand if I had to wait without an appointment. That is why I made an appointment, to avoid wasting time waiting.UPDATE: I was finally seen at 5:58pm. I decided to wait because I know the staff at MK nails do an amazing job. I just wish they valued my time. As I value their time (I came 5 min early to my appointment). As I was sitting down and had my nails worked on my Jean, I couldn’t help but notice another young lady who was sat at a massage chair for a pedicure get up and said she needed to pay. The young lady seemed upset as she said she couldn’t wait any longer and wanted to pay for her manicure. Another woman said she was now ready for her. She clearly wasn’t ready as after the young lady left proceed to work on the lady she was already working on. She only said she was ready for her to keep her from leaving. I wasn’t the only customer having to wait. I am being transparent in my review in hope that they fix their possible over booking situation.Kudos to Jean and Cindy! They always to do fabulous job! They are one of the reason why I’ll be coming back!I came back after my previously mentioned experience and it was completed different! Thank you for taking my feedback into consideration. I appreciate it!

Every nail tech is worth seeing. They are all so friendly and do a picky and detailed job on your nails from start to finish. The younger male worker gets a bit nervous around the girls but is none the less very nice and does great work!

Vicky/Vicki is a star for employee in a guy and she made the whole experience fun and welcoming. She also gave me such a good massage I fell asleep. Deserves a raise what a great person

Horrible nail fill was $37 dollors for short nails my fill is uneven and jagged i was crying wanted to leave i had appointment but was made too still wait 30 min before i was seen my nails ate uneven and soo ugly i asked too fix them they said no money back and i wanted them removed i came in with beautifull nails only needing a fill now im so embaresed to have my nails be seen i work in jewery store and cant believe how this place was do not go there ever!!!!!!!!!!

Ill start by saying that his place is great. I come here often to get pedicures and massages, and everytime the staff has been nothing but friendly and welcoming. But most importantly (for me at least), I could tell all the techs know what theyre doing. While I havent been helped by all of them, Tracy, Lyn and Mai have been great and helpful so I could safely say that they hire only the best. All in all, I am extremely pleased with this place, and I recommend them for all of your nail needs (and massages!).

Let me just say that I am shook, Vicky is AMAZING! Its a bit pricey depending on what you want but its worth it. She took her time & made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Ive found my new nail tech!

My close friend in OC is your costumer and she referred me your salon . I m happy with my pedicure but the gel on my hands are awful . I don’t remember which lady did it for me but they were not soft and were still wet when I left the salon after I came home I realized that they are rugged too !I wish Mr Q didn’t leave me with that lady !
