Not a good experience. I asked for gel and she said I needed dip for strength. She didn’t even do a proper manicure, pushing my cuticles back or anything, before she hurriedly slopped on the glue and powder. I feel like dip might be she they does, and she doesn’t even do that well.My nails turned out lumpy and she didn’t paint a nice line around the edges AT ALL. I feel I could’ve done better myself (they look even worse in person).Also, my nail beds are achy, 2 days later... I think she sanded my nail beds too deep in some places, which also contributes to the lumpy result and residual pain.I’m so embarrassed about how my nails look. I’ve already booked an appointment with another salon to have them soaked off and redone. I’m so disappointed.** UPDATE **I went back in to show the manager/owner my nails, and she was very kind. She offered to re-do my manicure free of charge to fix the issues. I declined her offer, because I don’t trust the training/expertise of the salon. Instead she offered a partial refund, which shows good customer service in my opinion. I gave 2 extra stars for her kindness and customer relations.

Made an appointment for two and showed up on time. My friend was immediately sat and i had to wait forty minutes until someone started on my nails and when she did them all I got was a nail clipping and then she put the nail on, no cuticle push back or filing of the nail. I asked her to do a design I had a picture of and she said she could but it looks horrible and when i asked her to clean it up she said no the nailwould have to be longer which doesn’t make sense. In total i’d say she spent 40 minutes doing my nails when it usually takes an hour without a design in my experience. I could do a better job at home and plan to redo them myself. Then they asked for cash and I didn’t see a sign anywhere that said cash only or an atm so my friend had to cover for me. Overall I was very disappointed with this visit and will not be returning.

The guy had a weird black fungus or cut on his thumb which freaked me out. Which was especially awkward since he had just finished giving a pedicure to someone. Also, they are unaware that they physically hurt and burn people with their filing machines. You shouldn’t repeatedly file the same spot over and over again and go so slowly to the point that it burns.

I was quoted a $15 manicure and when she got done and asked me if I had cash to pay I said no. She said how about tip? Do you have cash for my tip? I was planning on tipping her with my debit card. Its funny how they expect a tip. She charged me $30 because I didnt have cash and I did tip her $10 from my debit card because I understand that is how they make their money but I will never go back. They are rude and my nails were all crooked and she didnt even file them. It took her 15 minutes to do my nails. Stay clear of this place.

Horrible experience they did horrible on my acrylics I had acrylic powder and nail glue all stuck to the back... she called me out on how much tip to leave in front of The clients and rudely asked me if I had cash or not which that should be discussed somewhat privately I found that very unprofessional It took me 2 days to reshape my nails and get them down to what they should have actually looked like the acrylic set powder was so chunky and uneven it Was a nightmare I will not be going back. And word of advice Im bilingual as well but in a professional setting you should speak English so that everyone can understand what is going on especially when it comes to paying for something or some sort Of service. And dont knock up the price at the end of a service once youve already quoted your clients something else in the beginning not cool!😡

Very unhappy with the service. Wanted a healthy alternative to acrylic and gel. Was talked into dipping powder and gel. Very expensive and had to go back twice within z couple days because of chipping. After a month and two appointments, I went to another salon where they informed me that I did still have acrylic on my nails and it wasnt a true powder that had been used. Now I have to start all over with getting back to my natural nails. Will never return.

Ive been going here on and off for the last 10 years. Ive had several of the girls do my nails and they have all been sweet and always do a great job! They do try to upsell from time to time but always they are always polite about it and if i say no thanks, they respect my answer and dont pressure me.

Where do I start.Window advertised reg. Mani/pedí for 28. Came in they said it was no longer available that its $38. I asked for the menu and lady hid the cheaper services and tried to force me to get the most expensive one. I declined and had to argue with her that I dont need all the extra services. She finally let me get the 30 dollar service. (Im a full time student, I need to budget) . Of course now many places ask you to pay before the Polish and I gladly gave her my card. She then quickly asked if tip was going to be cash!!! I said no can I add it? (Like many other places) she said no we prefer cash only for tip. Her attitude completely changed and was no longer talkative, I mentioned my husband might have some cash and she even asked me to call him to bring it and she even stepped outside to look for him!!!! I will no longer be returning and will let all my friends and family know. Worst experience ever. They demand tips and I blame it on the manager that just sits behind the counter with her headphones on. Im sure shes the one responsible for how her employees act. She probably doesnt give them breaks and doesnt allow them to receive tips from debit/credit cards.

Very very bad customer service, unprofessional. She mad my nails in a bad shape and she wasnt even try to fix it and constantly ask for money. I didnt like their work at all. The staff were really unprofessional.
