The place was clean, and it was easy to get an appointment. my problem was the service quality mostly :/ they burned my hand while grinding my nails and a few hours later my nails were chipping and the extensions falling off. i got dip nails with the tips added and it was only $35 which was good, but i was pretty bummed about the quality. mine and my three other friends that came had bad quality nails done as well :( i feel bad writing a bad review because nancy was nice. the photos taken are from the same day as they got done.... and i didn’t do anything the make them chip or peel :(
I simply asked for acrylic nails and they just painted my natural nails. I asked if they were going to do Acrylic and they argued with me back-and-forth and said I never asked for acrylic. Then they charged me $14and left my nails unfinished.
I love this place. For $35, I got a pedicure that included an amazing massage chair, my callouses pummussed, a therepeutic hot stone massage on my feet, and beautiful painted nails that have lasted 4 weeks and are still beautiful. I also got my legs wrapped in aloe leaves and scrubbed with some sort of sand scrub. The whole experience took a while but it was worth every minute. It was so relaxing. The place was very quiet and not crowded. They had a TV that played youtube videos. It was clean and there was no wait when I arrived. It was absolutely the best experience I have had at a nail salon. This is going to be my place from now on.If you think $35 is too much for getting your nails done, I disagree. Im not someone who will splurge on getting my nails done, but this place is worth it. I thought I should have paid $45. They have other options that are for people who want something less expensive. They also do gel, but I didnt want that.So as you can tell, this place is great!
Nancy is professional. I can relax after a long day at the spa
