Excellent & clean salon, with fantastic staff. Shelly does an absolutely incredible job on dipped nails, highly recommend!! After 15 years of acrylics I will never go back. Dipped is better for your nails and nothing Ive done has damaged them. Im sure its the care Shelly does to make them perfect, thin, yet insanely strong. Cindy gives excellent pedicures.Love that they text the appointment time and that they are closed on Sundays. Large parking lot so easy parking. Best nail salon in Mission Viejo for sure!!

Very rude and unprofessional business owner, Holly! I had 3 broken nails less than a week after I had deep powder + manicure and when I returned to get them fixed and complained, her unapologetically response with too much attitude was like Maybe its because of your own nails or the color that you pick!!! Of course she charged me extra $12 as well!My nails never been this brittle and thin as I always do deep powder and it suppose to strengthen your nails!THATS IT! IM DONE GOING TO THIS PLACE!

The owner Holly is very friend and provides a clean place with great customer service from her staff. They do their best to be accommodating. They do great gel nails, dont mind the picture those are two weeks old and they still look great! If I lived here I would make this my to go to for nail care love because they definitely take good care of you and your nails

I get acrylics here every several weeks and they always do amazing! They charge less than any other nail salon I’ve visited but their quality is amazing!! Everyone is so friendly and truly works to do your nails exactly how you envision them.

Rose is super talented with the designs. Holly is awesome and her customer service is always on point. I highly recommend Nails by Holly!

In my opinion Nails by holly is the best nail salon! That is me and my moms go to salon. The workers are very talented and have amazing customer service! They always do an amazing job!

Stephanie does an amazing job with both gel and dip. Her manicures always last a full month! Ive been going to her for over a year now.

Used to be 5 stars. Sadly they crammed more chairs in and seem to have not increased staff and service.

Long massages, great treatment, super kind ladies. My mom, sister, grandma and I all came together for mani + pedis. They give a wonderful 10-minute massage that’s standard with your service and the experience is so much more relaxing than what I’ve become used to with other salons.We were very impressed with the ladies when my grandma, who needed some extra help a few times, were happy to band together and get her where and what she needed. We love love love the ladies at Nails By Holly, and we’re happy to pass about 12 other nail places to get here.
