I had a great experience. I for got the mans name. He did an awesome job on my manicure and pedicure. I didnt want polish and he spent the time ony cuticles. Wish I could remember his name.Shop was clean, busy, and the right price.

I guess the nail tech I go to back home does absolutely amazing work because this is not quality work. The pictures do no justice, my nails are not straight and the nail polish is just all over the place. I asked for the cuticle to be cut and as you can see I left worst than what I came in as. Unfortunately I’m never coming back to this place.

I got one of the best pedicures I’ve ever had by a gal named Helen. I will definitely go back. The store has a new, clean look, with very nice chairs and a lovely ambiance. I asked her to massage the bottom of my feet, and she did! So many places only RUB the top of your feet. She buffed (with a mini grinder) down my difficult toenail which was so appreciated. My pedi was very thorough and well done!

Almost all of my nails arent straight, they are slanted to the side. Its very noticableThe gentleman that did them was so nice I couldnt bring my self to complain. On top of that they overcharged me 60$ for what usually cost me 45$

First time ever getting a pedicure and manicure. My daughter took me. Didnt know what to expect but ok lets do it.. I am a mechanic and truck driver. My nails are terrible My feet rough. The message chairs they set us in where pretty great. Then the warm bath for my tired old feet was excellent.. they scrubbed and clipped my feet never felt so good.. the manicure cleaning the nails and getting the grease out pretty intense. All in all great experience. I will go back to have a pedicure done but probably not the hands they feel funny afterwards. Thank yall.

Last time, had a good experience with the guy who did my pedicure. But this time, I waited my turn for over 40 mins and the lady who did my nails seem exhausted and overworked. I still had a sugar scrub parts on my leg when I was done. For paying the service I’m getting, I’d expect a little more care and positive attitude.Overall, my suggestion would be not to overbook and make people wait for a long time.

Make an appointment over the phone for a fill, she gets my name says she has me down and “see you soon”. I walk in for my appointment saying I was there and she looks at me like a deer in headlights “ I don’t put you down because you hung up without a number”. I assume when she tells me “I have you down, see you soon” I’m on your schedule? Poor professionalism.

I had a gel pedicure and gel manicure done 2 days ago and my toes still hurt from the lady digging in them. I’ve had many pedicures done and never had my toes hurt afterward let alone 2 days later! The gel on my fingers was done so poorly they are already coming off!! Would not recommend!!!

Kim and Peter were the two pedicurists that took care of myself and my best friend. It had been a while since I last had one, 6 months pregnant. He is now over 2yrs old (28 months). We definitely needed some major, and immediate self care!! Especially without kids!! They both were extremely kind and funny, the energy of the space we were in was very relaxing and you just felt at ease. Even though they had a rush and were running behind, taking us almost up to closing time and completed our pedicures without rushing at all. As is we were way past closing time. Top notch service!! Thank you so much!!

Went for the first time today. During my pedicure the guy cut my foot. During my manicure I asked for my ring finger to be grey and the rest be a different color. Well he painted my ring finger a light purple color and acted surprise when I wanted the color changed. He also got upset when I told him to change the color. He rushed through my manicure and the polish looks very thick and uneven in places. Than when I did not leave a tip due to bad service he gave me a mean look. Not my worse experience but definitely will not be going back there again.

My girlfriend and I made appointments and I still waited. The water was cold for both our pedicures. And they kept bumping me for other customers.

David did an excellent job of explaining the typed of acrylics .. the newest trends and I even let him ick my nail polish for my pedi... His wife did my brows and was so sweet... Annie was awesome ... My card was accidentally charged wrong and they fixed it no harm no foul... So at the end of the day... I totally love this place and Im never gonna ing elsewhere

Got my nails done here today for the first time.. I am very satisfied with the friendliness and customer service here. My nail tech held good conversation the entire time and made me feel very welcome. I went to a different nail shop about a month ago and had terrible service. Appreciate the kindness and I will be back.

Lovely salon. Went here yesterday to get a deluxe pedicure after work. It was a really good experience for my first time. Prices are fair, environment was sanitary and the service was great.

Would have given a 1, but the gentleman who did my nails was very nice. Nails were not shaped properly, and are too thick. Even got acrylic and nail polish on my cuticles. Will not be going back..

At first, service was okay, but lately service was being to be less than great. There are a few new guys who constantly go out back to smoke and come back in reeking of cigarettes. My last full set was done by a new guy. My wait time was over an hour after being told “ten minutes” a few times. Shame on me for waiting. Nails were thick and uneven, polish was chipping within days. I just couldn’t wait to leave. Never going back.

How does this place have a good rep? I just gave them a chance and Ill continue to stick with Nail Glamour! The lady didnt say one word to me. She have me the fastest manicure Ive ever received!! My polish isnt even perfect! So wouldnt recommend this place to anyone!

My Hawaii pedicure was very lovely from their tropical flower petals. To their lovely technicians who are so friendly and give me such an amazing time.

I went there and the file that they used was not clean!! They were berry rough and seemed rushed, my acrylics were uneven and the sides did not even have nail polish on them. I went back the next day and they did nothing about it!! I will never be back and never tell anyone to go there. I don’t remend going there. Im going to stick with glamour nails instead.

This nail salon is mediocre at best. Not an incredibly clean or relaxing environment. When you walk in someone will yell from their station asking what you want. Sometimes they’ll check their phones in the middle of your manicure. The goal for them is to get you to spend money. Heaven forbid you want a simple manicure. They’ll try to upsell gel polish or acrylics or add other services. For instance, I was rudely told that I needed an eyebrow wax on two different occasions from two different technicians (I love full brows) I don’t think it’s a nail technicians place to suggest that I need to be waxed at all. If I want beauty advice I’d be at Sephora. At one visit I said I wanted GEL WHITE NAILS instead the technician put white French manicure powder all over my nail. From then on I was forced to use dark colors to cover it because of her mistake. Another time my black gel polish had cracked off every nail but two and when I went back I was told I’d have to stick with black or be charged again. So I went with black again and of course HOURS later it all cracked off again. Another time I had almond shaped nails and while getting a fill she cracked a piece of my nail and decided to fix it by filing all of my nails into that incredibly sharp claw like shape I didn’t ask for. LAZY. My last and final visit I wanted my acrylics removed and a simple standard polish manicure. The whole time he tried to upsell me and when after finally saying no to another full set, no to gel, no to a pedicure, and no to an eyebrow wax.. he rushed through my manicure. Not to mention they do not take off your acrylics like most salons would instead they file them down which leaves your natural nail raw and feeling bruised. When asking about this I was told its “quicker.” I could tell he wanted to get my manicure out of the way to get to a customer who would spend more money. So of course, IT LOOKED AWFUL. The nails were oddly shaped. The polish looked thick and sort of bubbly. At that point, I paid and tipped for the final time and I will not be returning. They don’t appreciate their business and so they’ve lost mine.

I go faithfully every 3 weeks

Did not like my experience at all. My pedicure didnt even last 15 minutes and there was only 5 customers. My pedicure was terrible. Im sorry to say I will never come back here.

They dont clean their files after using them. I had Gel Polish put on. It cost me $60 and it started cracking and chipping off the next morning! I will not go back!
