Vehicle was dirty inside and outside.They have a shortage of vehicles available, and USAA only works with their company. You can end up waiting for days for a comparable vehicle if your vehicle is not driveable.

Great customer service! Vehicle was spotless and they do a great job disinfecting vehicles between renters. Will definitely be using them again.

Usually enterprise is a great company, that j use for work a couple times a month throughout the country. But this time I got stuck in minot, and called enterprise, this branch doesnt believe in the company saying about customers. Management must need some change

Customer service was great! If you dont have a credit card, there is a $200 deposit fee, you need proof of car insurance, and a current (not past due) bill from the area with your name! Just a fyi! Other than that, I would use them again!

Requested for an SUV because I had to haul 4 adults with luggage all the way to Minneapolis. When I arrived I didnt get an SUV because they didnt have one. I requested for this vehicle way in advance. The sedan worked, but I feel that if someone is requesting for something specific, its for a good reason and they should try to mke sure that requested vehicle is available for that customer. This has happened 3 times.

Customer service was excellent today, at multiple times. Not only did she help over the phone, she called me back when the authorization came in, and was great when I showed up. Could not of asled for better help.

Main location has good service but the airport location usually only has 1 sales person even in peek traffic hours and no one when that person takes a lunch. Cars are clean and well maintained. They can be pricey if no coupons or third party deals are used, though you do get what you pay for.

I have always rented from Enterprise. Los Vegas, Atlanta, ND Williston nice employees. Always friendly. Never had a problem till this location in Minot. They dont take debit cards at this location. Never run into that. I didnt get an Im sorry. Nothing. The only thing the guy kept saying was we dont take that card. Id give them no stars for bad attitude.

The customer service is improving over the past couple of years. Amanda (General Manager) is doing a good job. She is always friendly and will go out of her way to help.

If I could I would give them a zero!! We booked a mini van a month in advance. The day before a rep called and confirmed our reservation and collected some info. When I arrived there was NO minivan. We were offered a smaller style SUV for 7 passengers! NOT acceptable! The rep was not helpful and was nonchalant. I left and went to Alamo. They didnt have any minivans but instead gave us a Expidition to accommodate us at the same price. The lady at enterprise said she would call around and see if another location had a van but instead she turned to a coworker and asked him and he replied they dont have anything. They didnt even try. If it wasnt for Alamo we would have missed a family members graduation.

Very easy experience in getting a car for the weekend in Minot ND. Staff very helpful and nice to work with. I would definitely use them again. Good service for a good price. Thank you.

Love the vehicle and service was good. Had come mechanical (computer) problems quite a distance (150 miles) which cause some consternation. Had to call the main Enterprise Office and even though they did the best they could, they were not aware of the remote area and the difficulty in resolving the problem. Ultimately the vehicle started and we were able to return home being very thankful even though a few hours late. Larry

It was very horrible service that i had before. I rent 2 times here. Both of them were so terrible. I would give them zero if i could. First time i rent a car, they provide me really dirty car, they did not clean anything. I never had this kind of Enterprise. They do not even look when the car is back. Second time, I left my garage door opener in the rental car. I thought it was my fault, so i told them like i am sorry it is my fault. And a male employee was trying to help me to get the garage door opener. For some reason, i did not get the garage door opener back for 3 weeks. I called them and ask how i can get the opener back, then a female employee said I should order another one... really?? She was almost about to argue... She did not even try... never.. It was so impressed... You guys should not be doing that like horrible customer service. I never had this kind of bad service before.P.S. They do not check the car when the car is back.

I cant post this post without giving one star ? Not impressed at all. I was trying to rent suburban for a wedding here in town for few days, they told me I can only do it if I a credit card. They dont take debit card or cash or check. ? It doesnt make sense. Money is money . And I told them I dont have credit cards with me but I have a picture, they still no. But guess what I wont be going there ever no matter what now. They think they are only place in town . But they are wrong. And also guess what they are not even sorry for that. Just straight up attitude.

Have always rented from here. Must be quite a few fender benders this week, as this is the second day of waiting for a rental while mine is in the body shop (Deer)....

Everything went well. Place looks old and thrown together in a very old building, however. Could look much nicer. Only two cars were a part of the decision process also.

Horrible customer service and management. Had reservation made and when time to pick up my car they couldnt find the reservation and had nothing available. Very frustrating when they are the only company covered by my insurance. Would not recommend to anyone who is looking for reliable service or wanting outstanding customer service.

I called in advance and after being on hold for 20 minutes and made a reservation. I am a local business owner, I operate on a checking and visa business debit basis only. Unfortunately they do not accept debit only credit card, which no one informed me ahead of time while making the reservation. I arrived and of course was told I couldn’t rent the vehicle I had made a reservation for. Poor communication and customer service. I took my business elsewhere.

Was very disappointed because i set up a reservation for a full size car months in advance and the day of pick up they had no full size cars avaliable and a employee lied and told me that the little nissan sentra was a full size car and also they didnt put the insurance on the rental as i requested. And the car was half detailed i will never rent from this location ever again.

Miss the weekend special. Still good rentals for a decent price.
