I took my Z4 there, and Jim performed a top of the line service in my car. He is also honest and good to do business with. 5 stars!
Gene is friendly and helpful, always received great service and well executed work on my audi when I bring it in.
Worst experience in my life. This is my only vehicle, I called two weeks prior to dropping my vehicle off to see if he could work on it and scheduled me in. The mechanic made it sound like he could get the job done by the time I needed it back. He had my vehicle for a month for brakes, shocks, struts and CV joints which I supplied. I also wanted him to look at the engine and do tests to see if anything was wrong. Do to him having it for so long, he did not get to that. The only time I got info was if I called and he was always full of excuses and half truths. They did not fix my vehicle right, in fact I drove it there and had to tow it back! He installed my new brakes, and the brakes do not work! I am lucky I did not have to drive it home. I would not have been so upset if he actually worked on it in a timely manner and if he actually communicated with what was going on with his time frame.
***BEWARE*** Should be called Grumpy old men’s auto. We have had oil changed here a couple times on the Q7. This last time we had a puddle of oil on the floor in the garage 3 days later. We asked that they tow the vehicle and repair any issues. They didn’t come get the vehicle until two days later. The two guys who run this place have always been rude to my wife. When she went to pick up the vehicle, instead of apologizing for almost blowing our engine with their inability to do a simple oil change, they told my wife that I should have checked the dipstick instead of making them tow the vehicle. Really Einstein? You want to school me on whether or not you should have towed the vehicle? How about tighten the oil filter and oil pan plug correctly when you perform the most basic of all services. We will be taking the 4 hour trip to Fargo from now on.
I took my BMW 740IL to see whats wrong with it.They had it for 4 days to do a diagnostic....after those days they still couldnt tell whats wrong with the car because they werent sure.We think its may be the pressure regulator, but we dont know for sure....itll cost 1000$ do change the regulator but we dont know if that would fix the car.. and thats what they told me.Took my car out of there, honestly I would never reccomend this shop to absolutely nobody !German car shop ..... BS car shop is what it is unfortunately
Im from out of state, have a BMW. priced checked them with my shop back home and very comparable. friendly service and seemed to care. thank you Gordy and crew for the hard work. ill be taking my BMW back when needed.
Customer Service was very nice and friendly and got our VW JETTA in quick, we wanted car scanned to find out what was even wrong with it and was given a rough idea/quote of $120, however when we decided not to fix car and went to pick it up the charge for the scan was $234. I understand there could be a varied amount and could even understand $20-30 more but over a $100 is ridiculous. Will not ever use them nor will we ever recommend them to anyone.
