The best Auto mechanic shop hands down! I’ve got a couple nice cars myself and when I can’t get something done myself, I honestly don’t trust anyone else but these guys! They are always on time, professional, good service, fair rates and awesome customer service. Can’t say enough good things about them. Brandon, Steve and Mark are the ones you talk to and they are all very professional and helpful. And they have some of the best mechanics working with them! I went to Harley’s to get my tires installed on my new wheels, to include balancing. They did a great job, no scratches and for reasonable price. They have a professional and friendly staff too.Edit: Last time I went to Harleys(Nov.20’), I went to have them install some suspension parts which requested an alignment. After I got the car back, my wheels had some serious cuts and scuffs that weren’t there before. They offered to cover the cost of damages but the fix could not be done here and would have to be sent overseas for repairs which would have been costly in repairs, time, and convenience. After speaking with the shop that I asked to repair my wheels here in Minot, they mentioned damage to wheels is a common thing they fix from vehicles taken to Harleys. I’ll leave the four stars because their mechanical work is good, they have friendly staff and they tried to help out with my situation. But a few of the technicians may be careless with wheels. So I no longer go here.

Must be an amazing shop since theyre booked out 2 weeks in advance. Cant really review their work without having any personally done but based on the retention rate gotta say its better than Alzheimers Biden presidency every day

They were so kind and considerate. My car would not start and I did not have an appointment - I went it and they still checked my battery and told me whats wrong with it. Suggested replacing the battery and unfortunately today they didnt have time for it - but they still tested and provided accurate diagnosis all free of charge with no appointment. Very genuine and honest.Thank you.

In the past I’ve had great service from Harley’s Automotive. I’d definitely still recommend them to anyone.Maybe a tip though, I’ve called multiple times only to be met with a busy tone, no way to leave a message. Is there a way to fix this? Also I came in today to ask if I could have someone test drive my vehicle, I understand business, but I would rather no be corralled into a diagnostic fee if I don’t have to. The person I spoke to seemed, a little short. It was probably a long day for both of us though.. not a big deal. Would still recommend.

MMD rentals and Detailing (Owned by Harleys) Dopped off a truck for my rental (a day late) after my car was left at Jeromes for warranty work. Never told me at time of delivery that the back up camera and other software was glitched/inoperable. I called to exchange it out, was told they had no other rentals by Mary and that you just have to touch the screen. I informed her if they have no others to just take the truck back, I dont want a rental that has issues and Ill work with Jeromes for another rental company instead.She got defensive, told me that she doesnt understand the situation why Im being a problem customer and they never have these issues when they go out of their way for people. Then starts threatening to call my work (even though this is a personal rental, for my personal car being fixed) to harass me and my manager for returning her rental truck because they didnt have any other options available.After she picked up the truck, she sent me a taunting text message saying that the system was working just fine.Absolutely will never rent again or allow my bodyshop to use them as a renter.

The best, most trustworthy shop in Minot. The dealership tired to charge me $2000 for a bunch of maintenance. I took it to Harley’s for a second opinion. They recommended changing one belt and said everything else looked great. We’ve never been back to the dealership, because of this place’s honesty!

These guys are terrific. Brandon is probably the most honest service writer I have ever known. They have been more than fair to me and provide exceptional service. Affordable and easy to work with. The main reason I continue to bring my vehicles here is Brandon but everyone else there is terrific too. Been taking all my vehicles there for years and will continue to do so!

Bar none the best automotive shop Ive ever been to. One of the best businesses in general Ive ever had the privilege to be a customer of. Brandon, one of the guys who works up front, knows me by name after going here only three times, and every other staff member Ive talked to are some of the kindest, funniest, and charismatic people Ive ever met. The service is absolutely outstanding. After buying a used car and having it serviced by Harleys for only a couple hundred bucks, there has been no issues (it was used with 100,000+ miles on it so who knows all what was wrong with it!?. They are always radically honest with you and dont try to get any extra money out of you through unnecessary charges and services. The prices are the best Ive ever experienced at an automotive center as well. When I had them install four new tires onto my Equinox, they replenished my air conditioning completely complimentary, without me asking, and without saying anything about it. I was driving around all summer without A/C, I get new tires put on at Harleys, then I have fresh cold air blowing out of my vents. An absolute class act of a business and a spot that I am so incredibly grateful to have here in Minot. Its an honor to call myself a Harleys customer.

Excellent reliable valued just so many different good things to be said about this automotive center repair shop.we had our car we brought it in they took care of us the price was excellent got a chance to get a ride with the owner back to our hotel and we picked up our car on yesterday which would have been Thursday and I cannot say enough about the quality about the carrying the customer service the all-around experience of going to their to their shop and I will return and I will recommend them to anybody and everybody that I run into whos having any kind of automotive problems.

**I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO HARLEY’S**0 Stars would be the more accurate depiction. Terrible service and even worse communication! A detailed account of my experience below:I scheduled an appointment to take my car in for an engine rattle/knock. I asked them to call me when they diagnosed it so I would know what to expect/price range. Three and a half hours after I dropped it off I call to follow up since I hadn’t heard from them, they said they hadn’t gotten around to my car yet, but they’d call when they did. Five and a half hours from dropping it off and pushing close to the end of the business day, I call again to see if they’ve had a chance to look (or if I should just come get my car so I have it for the weekend) and they say that they took it back and “all it needed was an oil change. It still has the knock, but it should be fine unless you want to pay $1,500 for us to see if it’s the valves or pistons.” My biggest upset comes from that I asked them (and they confirmed when I called) to call me before doing any work so that I could decide course of action for myself. I change my own oil and I checked it a few days before taking it in, so I know for a fact it didn’t need an oil change and if they had called like they assured me they would, I would either have taken my own oil that I already had in my garage OR I would’ve given them permission to fix the valves as I am a competent adult that knows the basics of cars/mechanics and as it was beyond my skill set I knew engine work could be costly. Instead, I truly felt like they took advantage of me being a young single woman and did work I didn’t need without my permission.Furthermore, the next day the car would not start at all. I decided to take it to Hyundai to be looked at because I can no longer trust Harley’s and it was the only recommendation I had received being new to this town. At Hyundai, they inform me that the engine should be covered under warranty still, but they need to gather records of service—which Harley’s has refused to get back to them on and is ignoring calls/voicemails requesting them.**I DO NOT RECOMMEND EVER GOING TO HARLEY’S**

I was recently traveling back to Texas after attending my mothers funeral in Canada. During my return trip I had an issue with my vehicle. Even though they were clearly extremely busy the folks at Harleys treated me as though I had been their best customer for the last 20 years. Not only did they have me back on the road as quickly as possible, the quoted price for the repair work was exactly what I paid. I can not recommend these folks enough to anyone who may be looking for a new automotive center to call Home. Thanks to the staff for making an already difficult trip just a little easier to deal with.

They run through carquest, all parts come through them, which is fine unless the quality of the parts are poor. Which happened to me. I called they said it had a warranty which is great, but they left out the biggest part, KEEP THE PART. I had to get my car fixed at a different location and I had a professional test my alternator and say it was bad. I had all receipts but they won’t do anything, I’m mad Harleys didn’t tell me, they should know... I’m out of $600+ dollars now when carquest should’ve tested out their parts in the first place, or the mechanics!

By far one of the most amazing staff of people Ive came in contact with in the automotive industry. My truck broke down on the side of the road on the way home to Missouri, they said go ahead and have it towed and and they will take care of it. They listen to my questions and address my concerns and despite how busy they are I got my vehicle in and done 3 days. I had to take a flight home so me and my wife drove our car back to North Dakota from Missouri to pick up our truck and they came in after hours make sure I had the keys and everything was in earning order. Hands down one of the better automotive shops and the northern states!!!

Alternator went out in Burlington on my way to Bismarck called at 2 got there 2:30 had my car back by 6 and was back on the road!! Great service!!! Definitely top notch service!!

Im so pleased with Harleys! We towed our pickup in on a Saturday. I could tell they were busy. I was quoted on about a week to fix up my truck. I wasnt upset about the timeline, but I was so surprised to receive a call just 4 hours later, my truck was fixed! Apparently an easy fix, I was back in my car in 6 hours and the price was very fair. Loved the service, highly recommend. 👍👍

Took my girlfriends car to have blower motor replaced before winter kicked in since she had no defrost or heat. Was quoted 6 hour labor to take dash apart and replace. Every other shop around can do it in less than an hour. Be very wary but i do appreciate the upfront thievery so I will give the one star.

We are from out of state and our son goes to college in Minot. When he started having car problems, we didnt know where to go and were a bit worried about getting taken advantage of. Harleys was awesome. The customer service was great. They got him in fast, gave us a quote after looking it over and before making repairs, gave us options and even arranged for him to be picked up to get the car back. Prices were reasonable and customer service top-notch. Its nice to know where to go when you are 10 hours away from home. Thank you.

Ive had good results here before but this is probably the most honest place in town and I need to share that with the world. One of the big dealerships that I bought my truck wanted to charge almost $800 to replace a part. I said some things and I can never go back to that dealership again... BUT I took my truck to Harleys and had told them what needed to be done. They fixed it for less than half of what the dealership wanted with the warranty coverage.

Best place to get service on my car. Staff are awesome and knowledgeable. Ive been going to this establishment since 1998 and I will never go anywhere else.

I have brought 2 vehicles to them for pre purchase inspections and they were extremely helpful and friendly. The price for the inspection was pretty good. I would recommend this mechanic to anyone, and I dont say that often.

Very courteous service, but they cant seem to do an alignment very well. After talking to the alignment guy, Casey, I had to knock another star off. He is a very rude individual that will go to great lengths to prove that he is better than the customer. He tends to lie a lot about the work he has done.

Best automotive in Minot. Everything Ive needed done was done efficiently and correct the first time, never had to keep going back for anything. Getting an appointment can be tough at times, but their service is unbeatable and that is a big reason why.

They are not perfect, but they have done good work for us and always fixed any little mistakes. They have done a lot of repairs keeping our older car running and actually charged less than quotes we were given by mobile mechanics who would have come to our house to work on the car. After the trouble of dealing with one of these mechanics lies about saving us money we are sticking with Harleys! They have given us great value and kept our older car on the road while fixing issues that we did not know the car had when we bought it.

Requested a quote online regarding tires. I received an email back stating we respond to quotes during normal business hours usually within 24 hours. That was five days ago. Ive worked with Harleys in the past and had pretty good service so it surprises me that they havent responded in a timely manner.
