Tracy and his team are great! I got into an accident a year ago. When that happens you always worry if the insurance company is going to try and cheat you out of your policy. The way that Tracy and his team handled it was amazing. I felt completely calm and like everything was under control. They quickly made a decision on my vehicle (it was totalled) and then they immediately sent me a check for what the car was worth. The amount that they sent was fair and even a little generous and I was back to normal quickly. They are a bit more on the expensive side... but the care, coverage, personal attention, and security I get through them is worth it. You can pay for a cheap plan but then you will always worry about what happens when an accident does happen. These guys are a top-notch insurance company that are just as kind selling you insurance as they are covering you when something goes bad.

Tracy runs a fantastic office! We have been clients for several years. We recently had storm damage and Tracy went above and beyond - even providing us with his cell phone number if we needed to reach him over the weekend!

Ive had a fantastic experience with Tracy. State Farm has been very fair with me for the last several years through home and car claims. The yearly check ups are great (I normally am able to lower my payments as I qualify for new discounts) and service is above and beyond what I expect from an insurance agent.

Incompetent and not trustworthy. Tracy promised my motorcycle would be covered for parts and labor of all parts added to the bike. When an accident occurred they were not. Cost me $16000. Tracy set up a second motorcycle policy incorrectly which cost me more money. TRACY then billed me for 2 totalled motorcycles for 2and a half years after the policies were terminated amd now refused to.credit my account.

Tracy makes me feel like a valued customer instead of just a number on a policy. His office is always quick to answer or return calls when I need to change or update coverage on my constantly rotating fleet of vehicles, and the discounts for bundling automotive and renters insurance plus the customer loyalty discounts means that Tracys prices beat the heck out of anyone elses. This is how insurance should be!

Tracy went far above and beyond on a recent auto claim involving my daughter. He didnt have to - the issue was with the other insurance company since we didnt have coverage on my daughters car. It didnt matter - he called the other carrier and had the claim settled in 5 minutes. This was after my spending too much time on the phone trying to get it settled. Id recomend Tracy to anyone!
