Tried to call more than 100 times in 5 months, still no any answer to deal with any problem. Just wait a lot time on the phone. It’s a real company, but it seems like a scam one for me. Called my agent to find help, they still asked me to call customer service, and most of the time no one answer the phone. So same situation again and again. God, it’s a good thing one year contract is ending pretty soon...
I have been a loyal customer of North Star Insurance and I have known this Insurance company for a very long time. The office is wonderful and entire staff are super friendly & helpful. They are by far the best company to deal with. Thank you guys for your great assistance.

Progressive doesnt help with anything but charging an arm n a leg to be insured!!!!God forbid u get into an accident on accident
I wish I could give Travelers 0 stars! This is the WORST auto insurance company I have ever has the displeasure of dealing with! They cancelled my policy because of someones driving record that I was living with. And because hes a male they considered us to be married therefore he HAD to be put on my insurance per the companies policy.
After dealing with this company on work comp I can say I would never EVER consider dealing with them on purpose. Worst experience ever, the epitome of a take your money and screw you when you have a claim.
Have not sent my illegally drawn money back into my account.
