It has been a pleasure working with everyone in the State Farm claims process. The Claims Adjuster was very thorough and explained in detail how the process works. My contractor was also there and they had a good discussion on what was needed to fix the hail damage. My Agent, and his Assistant have been willing to step in an address any problems that might occur (none have and I don’t expect any). Great teamwork.

I judge an insurance company the same way as any other company when I buy quality products from. “Its not always about the end price, but rather the service, responsiveness, and professionalism, WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.” John and his team at State Farm were 2nd to none when it came to stepping up when things went wrong and helping with what became a large damage on my boat this past year. COVID limited parts and mechanical repairs took over 3 months with several different professionals needed to complete the repair. John and his team was there every step of the way. I would also add that you know you have a good agent when you can call him on his personal number and answers all hours of the day. That’s top notch quality and service you can rely on!!! A great, professional, and very responsive experience. After a minor incident, John calmed me down and explained the process and made it effortless for me. Normally insurance would be stressful for me, but not with John.
