I continue to be very happy with State Farm home and auto insurance, I love Eric Rhode’s office and how helpful they have been to me over the years. I recently purchased a new vehicle and needed to have full coverage to drive it off the lot. Adam, an after hours State Farm agent answering for Eric Rhode’s office answered by call while I was at the dealership. He was professional and personable, added my new vehicle, removed my old and faxed information quickly. He also stayed on the line to make sure I was taken care of and understood the changes to my policy. I drove home in my new vehicle, no hold ups from insurance! I recommend State Farm to my friends and family as I have never had an issue and no matter the time of day, they are available to assist! Thank you!

StateFarm or Eric Rhodes is no more the best insurance company in terms of service or premium cost, which I thought it was. After first year, they increased the premium, which the staff promised to resolve. Even after repetitive follow up, they were unable to help. Which prompted me to shop for other insurance and to my surprise I found much better insurance options.

We have been with Eric for 17 years, the Agency and Eric have always been helpful and covered our needs with a professional and friendly service.

Very difficult individual to communicate with. Would not accept my cancelation request. He would not acknowledge or return my emails. Claims were poorly handled as well.
