Very easy to donate an unwanted commercial fan. Great choice of doors and cabinets
Need to get some DIY home stuff. This is a good place to find cheap and nice flooring, wall, and lights.
Donate your left over job supplies and get 20% off your purchase. I buy all my paint, tile, and furniture from here.
Its a great place, I love the deals! Id shop there a lot more often if they were open on Sundays or if they had later Saturday hours
Dropped off some furniture for donation. Super easy and Covid-appropriate process: You just stay in your car and your items are removed for you. They will optionally provide you with a donation receipt.
Great place to shop. Great cause also
Loooooove this store- so many great furniture pcs and building materials, interior finishes to be found here. Awesome prices and for an awesome cause!!!!
Always a fantastic experience w great service and tremendous value!
Really cool place, it can be hard to find unique things but really good selection of other items
Good place for used tools and scraps. They also take donations.
If you are looking for building materials they probably have it
Clean fast very helpful.
I always stop here first before going on to the hardware store. Theyve saved me so much money while Im fixing up my house. They might not have exactly what youre looking for, but if youre flexible and creative you can finish your projects on a budget.
Very cool place to look for household stuff.
Great cause and all.. BUT..Thrift Store Quality items at Home Depot Prices and with only 10% of the selection. Not one employee could tell me how much for AstroTurf. Grr. I suggest Craigslist materials section.
Everyone was very nice and helpful. Donation drop off was quick and easy. Be sure to check out the allowed donation items prior to going. Stuff like no used ceiling fans. Sale room has lots of options for projects at great prices. Bonus! Stays out of landfill and generates funds for a great cause.
Great resource
Love this store
What great fun!Bought a new (used) drill for $8 tray works like a dream - even if it weighs a ton!Bought air filters for (new) 1/4 the price! Some drill bits not worth the 2$...bendable by hand...what are they even for?Doors, chairs, sinks, paint, carpet, small tools, you just never know what you will find but its always fun looking!And...the jobs there, the money spent there ...all for a GREAT CAUSE!Now isnt that how all shopping should be!Great place, convenient location.
Friendly staff quickly handled my donation with no contact
There are not sufficient superlatives in the English language to describe my wonderful my experience was each time I visited there. Today was far above and beyond the Call of duty for them. Stopping what they were doing,They went in the back room and retrieve the items I needed. They did not need to do this but hearing my plight the immediately retrieved exactly what I needed. I cannot say enough good things about this place or the Staff there !
Very friendly staff. Variable inventory, which is expected.
I remodel houses, I shop here a lot for lights, materials, cabinets, doors, etc. It is hit or miss, mostly hits for me. Tools are another good item to check out. Prices are right. The other day I picked up three replacement doors for $25. 👍
Love this place! Great selection continuously being purchased and restocked. Amazing prices and knowledgeable staff.
Good 😊
This place is great, I always find something and it’s so inexpensive!
Bed bugs bed bugs bedbugs.I bought a headboard about over a month ago. Ended up with bites on my body my mattress was brand new. I found little bugs I googled and bed bugs I go to store and complain basically was told no way it was from headboard. I call Adams pest control they come out said thats exactly where it came from. I call main office talk to Pete OKeefe he basically said no way again pretty much said I have a dirty place. I ask for his manager he blew me off. I call CEO and no response. I now have a $700 bill for treatment and they dont even care. Stay away.. Oh funny thing is I spoke with Erin at main office he said they even had a outbreak of bedbugs there but nope no way there stores have it.
This is a fabulous place to bring the extra building supplies you are not using. Well organized drop off and clear lines of what can be accepted. The store is large and has a terrific selection of excellent materials that can be purchased at bargain prices.
I volunteered here, good place for cheap diy projects around the house. People who work there are good people working for a good cause. Check it out if youre looking for supplies for your house.
Good place to check out once in a while. Never know what treasures youll find especially for house remodels or older houses. Tons of light fixtures.
Great place for Home or office makeovers. You have to really look for what you want and they might not have at that time but most likely they will. You just have to catch it when its there. Most importantly though is the price. Not usually a good word to use but Its really cheap. Not the product but the price. I love this place.
I can usually find something to find and take away.
It is always an adventure here! It is kind of like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get. A DIYers dream! I havent purchased anything from there yet, but it is always fun to look. If you are looking for home goods at deeply discounted prices, and really enjoy mixing and matching, the Restore is for you?
Rotating selection of used, often gently and sometimes new, home improvement items. Includes lighting, shelving, major appliances, even wood for diy projects. Give back to the community by shopping here first for a table and chairs or a fridge.
Easy in for donations and store is laid out very nicely
Good cause and good deals, plus keeping items out of the landfill. Win/win
Remodeling? Building? Decorating? All kinds of items here to meet those needs. Mostly secondhand items at great prices. The store is organized and clean, and the staff is helpful.
This place had way more than I thought and has a facebook page that regularly updates pictures of highlights of new items they get in. They have a lot of discount paint too.Update: also easy to donate old household items (I donated unused light fixtures with no problem)
The perfect place to look for any project supplies before heading to the store. A great deal as well as the satisfaction of reducing the amount of goods that end up in landfills.Supporting an organization like the HfH is also incredibly rewarding and we have since come back to both Twin Cities locations to donate goods as well.
Awesome place and staff! I can have a beautiful home on a small budget, thank you! They do great work and need volunteers!
Great place to get a deal on reclaimed cabinets, wood, tools, furniture, light fixtures etc. all to help a great non- profit.
Such great prices. Can wander upon great finds.
Nice place we donate our reusable houseware to Habitat every chance we get.
Can score some good deals but keep in mind sometime people donate things to them in bulk for selfish reasons aka to get the write off on products that do not have value. For instance I got some drapes here only to learn upon opening them that they were samples and were nowhere close to the size noted on the package and thus useless. Also got some sanding blocks that were utterly worthless, the sandpaper surface disintegrated the moment you rubbed them on wood. Be smart about examining things here as the nature of the store obviously means they are unable to attest to the donated goods quality, regardless of if it is new or not.
I love, love, love the HfH Restore! If you are patient, you can find some absolute gems here at prices that cannot be beaten. The staff are very friendly and will do their absolute best to help you. Now, what you cannot do is show up with a shopping list and expect to find everything on it. This is a place where reusable used, or excess, inventory is donated for a tax deduction. The staff are volunteers and may or may not know what it is you need. Even still, you can find brilliant deals on items of all sorts of quality here. You do need to be educated about what you are looking at as their pricing is someone just a guess about what they think something is worth and may be a tad higher than is merited. Even with that minor caveat, paying a little too much is fine because the mission of HfH is worth it. Overall it would be nearly impossible to spend too much and there are some very unique items to be found. [For example, I purchased a level made from Rosewood and stamped with the original owners name and the date he bought it (1921) for $10!] You owe it to yourself to go here if you are even the least bit handy!
Love habitat for remodeling supplies. Found a great light fixture
Parking lot i used to turn but i have been to this particular Re store you can find a very good deals in here..also seem to be very busy but never over crowded if you didnt know this is a store for used donated new construction and home materials and products hutches to lumber tool chairs pictures vases etc cntr tops you can donate charity is for habitat for humanity
Great prices on most items. Selection changes daily and you can find some really good deals. It requires some leg work and patience, but its worth it.
I love this place for any home upgrade youll find great stuff at at great price
Cool store!
Love this place! Read online about what you can/cannot donate. Right now there are tons of chandeliers, and a sale on lighting.
Wonderful nice ppl
I would give it six stars if I could. An affordable, functional store run be dedicated and competent people, the proceeds from which go to a worthy cause.
Great place. They have a lot of different lightly used items at great prices. The employees and volunteers are awesome.
Nice place for fairly used washers, dryers, stoves and other household items.
Almost always good stuff. Generally reasonable prices
Clean & well organized. Everyone was very helpful. Pays to visit often as you never know what treasures you will find!
I love habitat humanity their goal is to make family happy.
Always a good experience. Appreciate the opportunity to give old materials a new life, helping a good cause and the environment.
Good place to look for all your around the house (and yard) projects. Definitely stop here before running to the big box stores.
Its a decent store, they do have a lot of different things but some of the prices are a little high, the smaller stores have a little better selection of home goods.
Very good prices...went there today everything, evrythang was half price!
Loved it !!!!! Found parts for an old door at a cost of $2 which would have been well over $50 plus if I had ordered online.
If youre searching for items on home remodels this is where I would beging! From flooring to lighting they have a variety of materials in limited amounts.
Loved it had a lot of stuff for the low for your house
Never know what you will find.
Neat place. A little bit of everything.
Great place to give away your old home stuff, or to pick up good deals. A non-profit.
Wonderful people, making a difference by promoting reuse! Great place to get materials that still have a useful life and your purchases help people get a home to live in.
Super clean and well organized, great help and decent selection for a thrift warehouse.
Got so much waterproofer for our basement....cheap (and good)! Lots to look at. Friendly staff. Will be looking weekly for more great deals!
Amazing deals. Most of the light fixtures and cabinets in our house are from here!
Very friendly and helpful staff. You can find some treasures too.
Tons of dressers when I went, and for very reasonable prices! Staff was friendly and helpful.
Was able to find some items for a project Im working on
Great place to go if you want to do some remodeling on the cheap. Inventory is ever changing so if you dont see what your looking for the first time give it another try it definitely worth it
Theyve recently upped their prices making it better to buy from a standard hardware store. Example... bike hooks that were marked $2 each are 97 cents new at Home Depot. Also the help at the counter ignored me even after ringing the service bell ( nicely). I waited with cash out until a guy walked up from way in back. Too bad because we like to support Habitat for humanity as much as possible but perhaps Its no longer worth it. Craptastic.
Good stuff. Easy and cheap. I swing by weekly to see whats new.
Love this place for the basic necessities at a fraction of the cost!Bonus is I always end up finding something else I need😊
Since its placed opened about a year ago I probably shop there once a month for various supplies tools and Hardware if you need a piece of used furniture or kitchen cabinets, you definitely want to start here
The homeowners had been in here and told me to check it out. Place was laid out with peoples stuff that might as well just been left for pickup by the garbage man. There were 2 folks behind the counter and neither one volunteered a hello as I circled their area like making it obvious I was there. Not even a peep outta them. Guess the fact I am short in stature made it difficult to see me by the pictures and 70s style furniture. A few cabinets, doors, tables, and tools later. As we were leaving I felt like the invisible woman with the invisible homeowners kids. Its great to have this super power.
Very nice
I love these stores and will support them as often as I can for all my DIY projects
Excellent place to get building mayetials
Ive been waiting months for the Minnehaha store to open. ReStore has great finds, but if you dont drive, theres no delivery service. Other thrift stores have or work with delivery services.
Good Stock of Items
Some items are priced too high for used materials. Good selection. Friendly volunteers. Neat, organized store.
Home surplus needs. Some furniture, appliances. Tidbits if u need. Check it out. Id have to look here
The Prices were way to high for a restore have gone to many and never have they compared prices and they were never over priced
Some great deals. Friendly staff. And for a good cause.
Useful place for repurposing
