The staff is friendly. Kids have toys to play with, can watch the train zoom by from the playground. I appreciate the extra safety that comes with it being a controlled entry facility.

Tough situations but the the place is completely disorganized. i was an authorized pick and drop off person (which i lived a ways away) never had to show id which i found interesting and basically incompetent. when asked i get a blank stare? i am sure they have the kids well being but do not get them involved in any child custody situation based on this experience of a close friend. documentation is poor at best and typical one sided based on their experience. in other words not impressed

If youve got to utilize a visitation center, the staff members here are great. Lots of activity, childcare available as well.

Ms. Gloria and Ms. Sarah along with other staff are great. They make kids the main priority. What Family Wise does to help families by keeping kids connected with their parent is simply amazing. Without their services a lot of parents would not be able to see their kids. Witnessing how some people verbally attacked staff; it was very good to see staff responding calmly and with care. Thank you on behalf of my son and I for all you do.

Do not I repeat DO NOT come here if you are battling custody. This place is the definition of corruption. Yes I said that right. You have a high chance of not ever seeing your child even if it’s court ordered. They will NOT protect children that are being abused by the other party and I know I’m not the only who can say that. They coverup very important information. The worst of all they silence children and the parent who is trying to protect the child and eventually drop you from going there. Please stay away from this place. I’m not writing a review for no reason. I’m writing from experience and from others word of mouth.

This agency does some great work within the community to meet people where their needs exist. I have seen many people thrive from the services provided.

Dont waste your time here. It took 2 months to get setup. They lied and said they didnt have paperwork that they had. They refuse to respond to emails. They lie about calling you back. They lie to your face as well. One time they called thinking I didnt have my child when I did. No organization, no accountability, this place is a complete mess from management all the way down. I wouldnt trust my child to liars. They also dont inform you of vital information like what side to park on if you have restraining orders. They even lie in their notes on cancellations. Hopefully this place gets investigated and shut down.

Good staff depending on who you get needs updating otherwise good place and atmosphere

Horrible place. Fathers have no rights, they lost files to benefit the mother. Women/men that watch over you and child are great but management (Anthony) have caused me to lose my daughter. He will never respond to emails, even when subpoenaed and then he sends half of documents. This place is horrible for fathers... Stay far away if a man

My case was not your typical abuse, drug addiction, or neglect that required supervised visits by the courts. It was due to an affidavit my ex filed making false statements about me taking my anti depression medications saying I wasnt when I was and I brought documentation from the shelter showing I was taking my medications at that time that the judge would not consider. So due to a paperwork error with the courts and having no follow up court date I was stuck with supervised visits. I had ended up here due to a family issue between myself and the one of the assigned supervisors after I figured out how to represent myself to get things moving.I had low level then high level because my son would not come in after the second visit. His dad has had a history of speaking poorly about me to him while not maintaining contact with me so that my son and I could have a relationship. I tried making suggestions to the therapists and they absolutely would not listen to a single one nor would they entertain the idea of doing a video chat first as a stepping stone or a phone conversation on speaker phone to try to get things moving. There philosophy is the kid has to be ready. So basically I paid for services that I believed were meant to encourage my son to see me and very little work was done. I made it clear that I believe his dad is telling him not to come in.

Its a nice clean and cozy environment the staff there are great, I dont feel judged when Im there which makes it feel a little more comfortable.

The interns could be better and reporting and paying attention for the visits other than that Jordan and Kenya are amazing

If you are having a family visit they tell you that you cant say to your babies that they are coming home soon and its very plain I didnt see much toys and they only have one tv and its old school.

Good employees. Average facility.

Still waiting for a visit with my kids after a month of completing all my paperwork and paying for the process charges.
