My 7 year old daughter was in the initial phase of being diagnosed. I was waiting for her therapist to complete her report and get back to me, so that we could schedule follow up therapy appointments. After multiple emails and voicemails to her, I escalated the issue to her supervisor and never received a call back. This place is definitely not somewhere I’d recommend taking any child with mental health needs to. In the middle of a pandemic everywhere is backed up months and to have to wait, and not be take care of is a huge disappointment.

They told me after the initial call it would be 3 weeks to get in. It was 3.5 months. THEN we were seeing a student who we found out was leaving in 3 months. She assured us a smooth transition with no breaks in the schedule. Nope. After she left in August we were told we couldnt get in for another month. THEN it was only during the school day. Then the Director said she would call back and never did. I honestly feel this place should be out of business. To bring a child in need of therapy here and have them be so completely unorganized and uncaring is simply unforgivable. I hope they feel ashamed of themselves.

The case management department helped my daughter and me so much. So greatful for the support and warmth from the peeps at Washburn. My duaghter is doing much better and were back on our feet

I brought my son here due to good reviews. Once I got in he was seeing an intern. The intern left without giving me information on completion. I called multiple times to find a provider and it took them months to even get back to me or find someone. We saw the provider once and they scheduled a follow up appointment and gave me an appointment card. We went to the appointment and the provider never showed up and claimed that they thought it was a different day when I had proof that it was not. I asked for them to release records. After multiple calls they finally returned my call and stated that they could not find the release I signed. Very unorganized.

Wonderful people who truly care

Avoid at all costs if you have a high conflict custody case. Therapists and supervisors are not professional. Shady billing practices. Check your bills!
