IRTS facilitys are great for your mental health. Take advantage of any opportunity like this you get no matter how hard it is. For the most part staff always does the best they can in any of these facilities.
I’m glad I chose Anchor House. I felt comfortable and “at home” here. I received an immense amount of support from staff and really felt that they put clients first and foremost. When I was struggling I received the help I needed. I made some great friends here. I learned a lot, made some progress and growth in my recovery... although I’m not there yet, I have the tools I need to move forward and the resources to continue treatment outside of there. There were a few things that happened that led me to rate 4 stars instead of 5, but aside from that I did have a pretty positive experience at Anchor House and it really changed my life in so many ways.
Staff pick favorites and are awful at conflict resolution. Great program but staff is 50/50
