New owners took over a couple years ago and cleaned up. Cozy setting and owners are responsive to issues (phone number is listed on the door, dispite what other reviews said). Best prices in the area.

I love this laundromat all the way up til today!! I stopped in to do 4 loads and one of the washers didn’t work. I called both h numbers listed on the wall and the voicemails are full. After 8 or more calls someone turned off one of the phones or blocked me!! I then received a texted message saying how can I help you... I replied with my items are stuck in the washer and I sent a picture it’s been 2 hours since my reply and I haven’t heard anything. I am done with the rest of my clothes so now it’s off to target to buy new towels and washcloths. Unbelievable when all they had to say was I can’t get to you for an hour or so or just reply well I guess this is how bluestar does business.

Cozy laundromat. But needs a little more tenderness. Like a telephone number listed for serious problems. On site attention is needed seriously.

Pretty solid laundromat, looked like they kept it pretty clean. Felt comfortable hanging out there, and even stepping out while my laundry was washing to run an errand. But I was there in the middle of the day, which of course could have factored in.

Very friendly family/community atmosphere. Machines worked well and left with my laundry clean and dry, for fair price. Would come back and recommend to others.

Nice simple laundry, the machines are older, but still get the job done.

Is a small quiet and cozy laundromat...The vending machines are of poor quality and is selling outdated chips ($1.00 a bag) thats very disappointing I wasted a few dollars

There was no change in the coin machine there service isn’t great owner left for half an hour washer machine are broke or teared apart

I left two bed covers in the dryer three days ago. When I sent my daughter to pick up comforters, she missed this one. Now theyre gone. Maybe the owner moved thwm but theres no contact info so dont know how to find out. Please respond on this review.

Signs say the doors lock automatically at 10. Tried to get clothes out of the dryer at 9:30 and the doors were locked.

I like this Mat its nice and its cleaner than most of the other ones, they take care of the place.

Meh, Its closer to my house but its not as nice as the one on Chicago and Lake. I dont think there is enough demand in the area to keep it busy enough to pay for cleaning and improvements. Machines were old and some were broken, the floor was busted and dirty. I wont come back.

Cheap prices, clean with a new owner. Hes also really nice and there all the time making sure machines work.

Laundromat was filthy. Floor was covered in garbage. When the cleaning lady showed up she cussed and screamed at her child for an hour. Will skip this place next time.
