Full disclosure. This is My childhood friends laundry mat/service. She built this and virtually all new machines. She has a cleaner service and laundered clothes services. This place is a staple of the Northside community and is a blessing. Also, she provides jobs to the Northside community. Great place to go!

Love it, there washer and dryer are great machine. I never had a problem with my clothes ever being damaged 💯. And the people are great 😊.

A close & convenient place to wash my winter blankets. I dont like putting blankets in my washer. I usually go early in the morning on my day off from work between 8-10am. The staff are very friendly upon entering. The washers work great & the dryers get really hot & dry clothes fast. Ive been going to this location since the owner established it.

Income there once a year to wash my bed cover cant have dirty covers on my bed the young like Didi got one step further to reach me with a voice mail and I really like that because she didnt have to leave voice mail for.she was give me a pick up ride that helped out a lot for me, she worry about me fallen and I liked live that very much, and she got me back home SAFA, keep up the Good Work, keeping trouble and people out of your place of ur Business,and you have a good clean BATHROOM really keep that up, sorry I wrote to muchDorothy E Robinson. Great customer service amd hospitality!

This was my first time here and I couldnt have been more pleased with the top notch service that was provided. I was given wonderful customer service via phone and in person.When I arrived I was immediately greeted as I walked through the door by Tiawanna. She was welcoming, personable, helpful, and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions thoroughly and went above and beyond all my expectations, offering assistance with my items and showing me around the laundromat. She also informed me of the loyalty program they have available which I definitely plan on taking advantage of in the future now that I know about it. I had a WONDERFUL experience thanks to Tiawanna and plan on coming back again in the future.

Today wash my first visit to All Washed Up. Tamika made it a wonderful experience. She was able to answer all my questions and showed me which washers were best for my needs. She was very polite and professional. I usually do my wash at home but I needed to wash a couple comforters. I thought the prices were reasonable. Great employees, washers work great but do not dry at high heat unless you want your socks shrunk... plus the dryers dont have a no heat settling which is a great issue if you are like me and have many a fleece blanket.

It’s really messed up and disheartening that we as a people will always down our Black owned businesses, but we will continue to patronize any and every bodies/Caucasian/European, Iranian businesses w/out a bad rating. Instead of being so critical, help the young sister out, who owns a laundry mat and is trying to do something for the neighborhood and for her family!

I used to big washer both of them and the big dryers all my clothes were washed and just over an hour dried as well

This laundromat does an excellent job with the drop-off service that they offer! I believe the regular time frame to have your clothes returned is a day or two at an excellent rate. But i have had two occasions which I needed clean, pressed, CRISP clothes due to immediate travel needs and both times they accommodated me (for a reasonable rush fee) and my clothes were ready and waiting when I returned ...ONCE WITHIN 5 HOURS!Its a small place with a local neighborhood feel. The owner was on hand on one occasion and she was the nicest lady and completely accomodating and gracious.

I love the service here! very nice people, it’s very peaceful!! Every time I come I don’t have worry about feeling Uncomfortable 👌🏽

Very nice customer service. They even offered to stop a bulk load so I could have access to a large dryer. I killed time by going next door to dollar store, but didnt know about television in the back that could show cartoons for my restless kids until 10 min before we were done. Bathroom back there desperately needs a fan installed. After someone left, I almost went back to dollar store to buy it some air freshener! Because...damn.

I ABSOLUTELY HATE THIS PLACE. The washers are ALWAYS broken and the workers are ALWAYS using the ones that do work and then they have the nerve to get an attitude when you ask to use one of them. They sit and talk about things thar should not be discussed at work just an overall horrible business I really hope the owner realize she is losing business and start running things more professional or just shut the dang thing down. I will NEVER wash here again with my hard earned money straight up!

Dry Cleaning=NEVER AGAIN. Took 35 minutes for young man behind counter to figure out cost to dry clean 1 drape and 1 sweater, plus cost to mend jeans. He had to call owner 2 times. Took 10 days for them to return my 2 phone calls asking when my things would be ready. Took two more weeks for everything to be picked up, plus, 15+ minutes for them to figure out what I owed. I want to support businesses in my new North neighborhood, but will never bring dry cleaning to this place ever again.

I went at 8:55pm on 4/18/19.........just to dry some socks and towels.....and dude with so called dreads attending first lied about being closed-I felt he did not tell the truth, I started to leave I decided to find out myself.....there were others inside still washng. This ignorant custodian locked the door before he was suppose to. Then later told me he was closing at 9pm TODAY. One person let me in. I just came to dry. This man was so belligerent and ignorant, that I will make it my business to tell my circle to NEVER GO TO THIS BUSINESS AGAIN! THAT MAN WITH SHORT DREADS EVEN WENT TO TRY TO THREATEN TO CALL THE POLICE ON ME. I TOLD HIM TO GO AHEAD AND CALL AND I WILL MAKE IT A POINT TO TALK TO MANAGEMENT THE NEXT DAY AND HOPE HE LOSE HIS JOB. I HOPE THAT MANAGEMENT WILL FIRST TELL THE BOY TO STOP LYING TO CUSTOMERS ABOUT HOURS, STOP YELLING AND ARGUING WITH CUSTOMERS TRYING TO SUPPORT BLACK BUSINESS AND DRY THEIR ITEM WITHIN THE PROPER HOUR. AS A WORKING PROFESSIONAL I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO BE TREATED THE WAY I WAS LAST NIGHT. I WAS HEADED TO ROBINSDALE.....BUT DECIDED TO SUPPORT HOOD......AND THIS WHAT HAPPENED. BUT WONT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THIS AGAIN CAUSE EVEN THO ITS CLOSE, I WILL NEVER NEVER EVER GO HERE AGAIN. SHAME ON THE ESTABLISHMENT.

Sometimsey. Sometimes the Lady is Rude af for no reason, sometimes she dont say anything and leaves u to wash in peace. I asked for change for a 20 bc i only was doing 1 load. She got funky so I put my 20 in the machine and got all quarters, then she was mad bc I got all them quarters for 1 load. Oh Well. Probably y shes arguing w her mans @ work, bc shes RUDE. Dont cut off your nose to spite ur face Lady.

This is the place for outside laundry. Those dryers will melt stuff lol theyre so hot.

Never again the cost to much 4.25 for some little washer held the most of the 2.75 washer dont work and dont fill all the way up how do make people pay 4.75 for some little washer first time and last time
