I am not sure where all the recent 4-5 star reviews are coming from, but I what I saw was very different of what is described. Its small and a quiet place. The people doing laundry there were respectful and very nice. The music that was playing was good. This place has a lot of potential and it looks like at one point the owner/management may have cared about the look and upkeep. Clearly now they do not....Many of the washing machines are out of order. There is no dry cleaning options that I saw like it says on the door. This place looks like if the health department came through, it would be shut down. The bathroom was the worst. No sink to wash hands, toilet was inoperable, and no toilet paper. Why even bother unlocking the bathroom for use? There is stuff hanging out the ceilings...just very disappointed that people are spending money here in an area with very few laundromat options and the owner/management doesnt put any care into this place.I want to be supportive of this place, I would love to come here in the future to wash large items from my home (comforters, quilts, etc.)and not have to go NE. But if this business doesnt care about the upkeep, I dont care to give them my money. Please show customers that you can do better.

They had an issue with people pan handling here. This laundry is unattended sometimes but the last time I went there this was all taken care of. The attendant a mexican guy was really good he kept the place very clean whilst people where washing and all the machines were working. I would suggest coming to this site when they they have someone inside the store working.

Do not come here. The owners micromanage who comes in and uses the coin machine. The owners would probably save more money by just letting people get coins rather than making their staff take time to scold people who come in.Edit in response to owners reply: Its too bad more businesses arent community focused. I used to come here frequently before the ownership change and chat with community members while getting coins. If you were familiar with this area you would know there are no banks within a SAFE walking distance (have you heard about what is going around Minneapolis right now or are you too busy counting coins?) and not everyone can afford a car. Perhaps there is a money making opportunity here? If non-customers want to get coins then charge them a dollar or a certain % of what they are getting. This could potentially attract more customers rather than deterring those who live in your community.Or perhaps, switch to tokens if you care so much.

An absolute run down place, owners are cheap good luck getting a refund if you lose money in the machines it happened 3 times to me and I got a refund once.

Hands down dirtiest laundromat I have ever been to!!! This place has not been cleaned or wiped down in months, maybe years. MOLD in the washers!!!! Gross!!! Sitting here and homeless people are coming in and out to hangout in the corner. Shirtless people meeting in here to hangout or pass drugs or something suspicious. They wont bother you if you mind your own business but it is soo scary and your things are constantly at risk. No management or anyone to come in here to put this place together?!?!! This place should be shut down. In another corner there is a blanket and pillow on the ground like someone is sleeping here after hours.... incredibly sketchy. Do not come here. If you HAVE to, do not bring valuables or your children. Never coming back.

It’s a great place to do laundry! Great atmosphere, good music, and friendly staff. Their new paint job is coming along very nicely... but they may need a new roof... sooner rather than later.

The gentleman that works there was very helpful he helped me get the washers going. place was not bad. It was my first time here and ill be back. Its getting five stars!

This place is awesome!! Ive been going there since the 70s and it never let me down. The washer and the dry work perfect! And its one of the moat cleanest laundry mat that ive been to! 😀

It was clean.The extra large capacity washer & dryer were still out of order. (My primary purpose for going there was to use them for quilts and a mattress pad). So I had to was my mattress pad twice in the large capacity in order to get it clean.That was an extra $5.Then the dryers either did not work at all, did not heat up, or did not spin. Lost another $3-4.00 on them. Only 4-5 dryers worked.But the patrons were great ...M

Very nice place to be able to do your laundry. Very inviting. The new dryers are awesome 100 times better then the old machines. The coin Clean is A lot better and a lot cleaner environment.

I will definatly be back, washers and dryers worked awesome. Although some wash machines are down, they r posted. But they have alot of them. So getting laundry done in a timely manner was not an issue.And ... My clothes came out great without any stains that were not there prior to coming. (As some cleaners, wash machines do more damage than good) . i was very satisfied i give them a 5⭐ also i left a blanket behind came back next day and gentleman had it folded and ready for me . thanks again i will be back .

The dryers do not work. You will spend lots of extra money and time trying to just get dry clothes. I still always end up bringing home damp clothes because I have been there for hours and my clothes are no closer to being dry then when I first put them in a dryer. Other then that it would be an awesome laundry mat. Its very quiet and low key. Not a lot of traffic at all. Its very clean and nice on the inside. Its not all ghetto and doesnt have 100 ghetto, loud, rude people working or washing in there

DO NOT USE THIS LAUNDROMAT!!! Seriously one of the worst laundromats in the city. I have been going to this place for the last two years since it is so close to my house but it seems every time I have a bad experience. My last trip was so bad (see below) it was the final nail in the coffin and I will never return.On my last trip I tried to use one of the large washers. After putting all of my money in, a message flashed saying that it is now out of order and to contact service. This was a bummer, but I understand these machines can break down from time to time so I called the laundromat owners number and left a message. I did not get a return call until the next day and he indicated that the washer breaking down every 7th load it a known problem and refused to refund me. Hey buddy, its great that you know your machines are chronically broken, how about you get them fixed!!!In addition to the broken washer, 2 of the 3 dryers I was using stopped mid cycle and refused to restart. Another man and wife that were using a dryer at the same time got so fed up (their dryer was spinning but not putting out any heat) that they packed up and went to another laundromat to finish.This all happened on one trip, I have literally dozens of stories from other trips in which I have been short changed on the change machine, machines stopping well before the allotted time, locked out of the building due to it locking 30 minutes before the posted time, etc. Do yourself a favor and stay FAR FAR AWAY from this place.

First off. The three or more star ratings have to be fake. This place is a pathetic excuse for a business much less laundromat. Unless you have to go here don’t.The washing machines that work (many out of Oder) STINK. Bri g baking soda to add to laundry. The out of order machines are out for months. MONTHS.If you lose your $, good luck on getting it back. There’s a number to call. They rarely answerThe dryers are like slot machines. The odds of you winning are just as small. Even if the dryer turns on, there’s a good chance there no hot air. You can’t tell if it’s working because the doors are insulated. You can’t feel the temperature.The clientele are great. You don’t have to worry about them. It’s getting ripped off from the owners you have to worry about. If you come here at least three times you will lose money. You may squeak by once or twice but probably not the third time.Best words to describe this business. CLUSTER. Best word to describe the owner(s), Theif.

New dryers are great thanks. They’re hasn’t been a problem last weeks for me hope you all enjoyed it as much as I did hope they get some better reading or some kind of entertainment thanks

According to the other reviews this is a nice clean laundromat with new machines. Absolutely not the case. 80% of the machines are old, the entire floor looks like it hasnt been swept or mopped in at least 6 months and the wifi is absolute garbage. Would never ever do laundry here ever again.

DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS. The worker lives at this establishment. I was washing my clothes at night days back. Dryers arent high quality ate my money. I knocked on the door to what i thoguht was an office . When the man living there and his girlfriend approached me They came out barley had clothes on. He was rude and swearing at me.Very unprofessional. This place is junk. It doesnt even deserve 1 star. I dont write reviews. I hope the owner does soemthing about their business.

Its always dirty inside of here. Theres never an attendant. I used the big dryer and nothing was dry. I was pissed that was all the quarters I had left. It would be nice if you made a huge sign that warned people that once the laundry mat closes, you have to use the back door to get out.

Ive always had a great experience at this laundromat, at least as far as a laundromat is concerned. I cant say I have ever liked doing laundry, but have not had any issues here.

Is an ok place to do some laundry. The people that go dont treat this place with care. So it is almost always a mess. They do clean it up with in a few days. If they had an attendant they would not have these problem.

Affordable clean place to wash. Majority of dryers are malfunctioning or require repairs immediately. Flooded and wet floors suggesting leaks. Management needs promptly address.

New owner is fixing all the broken machines and the floor is much cleaner now. The WiFi is much better too! I expect even more improvement over the next few weeks :)

Not all dryers dry, not all washers accept your quarters, change machine takes more than gives, entrance would be handicap accesable except that it quickly slams shut behind u, and the bathroom sink is clogged theres no tiolet tissue, sh!+ smeared on the toilet seat, and only some scrap paper with instructions to leave comments for the mngmnt which at this degree of failure i see no point for leaving suggestions .

Though there were machines out of order, all the machines I used worked very well and were reasonably priced. The location is down the street from a wonderful local classic Americana café called Mildas-with that being added to being on the bus lines, the location is incredibly convenient.There were signs of recent paint, a few new outlets and the wifi worked just fine. The password for the wifi is on a window in the back, where the out of service tags and complaints are.The building is clearly old. The floor linoleum is beat to hell but the garbage cans were recently stocked and the walls were recently painted. The bathroom was clean and functional but lacked toilet paper. If there were fewer out of order machines and a person present there that I could see, I would overlook the floor.All in all, it was a peaceful and pleasant place to stop by.

Very close to home, easy parking & cheaper than washing at my apartment. Plus the staff/ cleaner is always very helpful with any problems or questions I have.

Prices are ok. Literally half the machines are out of order. The whole place is incredibly dirty. Will be back but only because it is close to my apartment.

This is a horrible horrible laundry mat do not come here to wash, its dirty, most the washers a d dryers are out of service and the coin machine jips you on the quarters they go e back, I put in a 20 it gave me 16$ its just as cold inside as it is outside, u will regret it DO NOT GO

Everything always broken and washer dont clean your clothes and have the dryers that work theres always non-working signs on the drivers door on the washers I hate this place but its close to my home
