As a Photobooth vendor working with the staff at The Neu Neu was such a pleasure! Extremely friendly and super helpful to the vendors and the guests! The space is so cute and unique! I was very surprised with this gem! Must see especially if you want indoor/ outdoor venue!

We had our wedding at the Neu Neu in August of 2021 after a crazy year of postponing our special event. The Neu Neu staff was understanding and responsive, they worked with us through a difficult time to ensure a beautiful Wedding day. The venue was perfect for our 110 person wedding, our day of coordinator through the Neu Neu was an absolute rockstar, and everything turned out BETTER than we could have imagined. We got married at the Neu Neu in September 2021, and it was everything wed been dreaming of since we got engaged! My husband and I love the North Loop, so we were hoping to find a venue in this neighborhood. Once we saw how unique and customizable the Neu Neu is, we knew we had found the place for us. Kitty and the rest of team Neu Neu (including our assigned day-of coordinator) were amazing to work with - super responsive, accomodating to all of our requests, and full of ideas on how to work with the space. The major selling point for me was the bridal suite where I got ready - perfect natural light that made for great backdrops for all of our photos. We were so lucky to have the opportunity to get married here! It is definitely worth checking out for all of your event needs!

We had our wedding at the Neu Neu and highly recommend the space. All of our guests were so complimentary of the venue and it fit our aesthetic perfectly. I also loved getting ready in the bridal suite and the lighting there is amazing for photos! Kitty and the rest of the team were great to work with, especially as we navigated changing our wedding date twice during COVID. Additionally, Abby was our day of coordinator for the event and she was incredibly helpful in finalizing last minute details. The entire staff was very thoughtful in helping us plan our big day!

My husband and I picked the Neu Neu as our wedding venue because of the variety of spaces it offered (main room, green room for cocktail hour, bridal suite, outdoor space), flexibility in choosing vendors and overall feel. It is a really unique space but you still get that city feel. It was perfect for our 70 person wedding but could have easily accommodated a larger group. Kitty and the rest of the Neu Neu/Maven team were wonderful in guiding us through planning during each step of the covid restrictions. We were lucky enough to keep our original wedding date and celebrate our day without any restrictions. I highly recommend the Neu Neu!

My wife and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at the Neu Neu, and we were thrilled with how everything turned out! We were so appreciative of their guidance and flexibility, especially because our wedding day fell in June 2021 and none of us knew what the local safety guidelines would be by that time.The space itself is beautiful and very functional; having the “green room” as a bar area and the upstairs bridal suite made for easy planning, and everything photographed very well. When we booked the venue we chose nearly all of our vendors through the Neu Neu’s recommendations, and we loved them all!The Neu Neu is a beautiful, flexible space at a very reasonable price, and it’s in a great location (our guests especially appreciated the many restaurants and hotels within walking distance). We would strongly recommend it for anyone looking to host an event!

My partner and I edited our wedding plans a few times with The Neu Neu (due to COVID19) and each step of the way we were met with thoughtful, creative solutions. We ended up pairing down our wedding guest list to 22 people (big difference from our 80 person plan originally). We worked with Kitty & Ashley (and a few others) and they were extremely helpful not only to us but to our families. Kitty helped us from day one and Ashley was our day of coordinator. We were in great hands and felt completely confident in our decision to continue with our original date while working alongside these two. My husband and I have been engaged since 2017. Already planning for a longer engagement, we fell in love with what was 514 Studios immediately after seeing it. Knowing renovations were coming to the space, I couldnt say no because the place was already so beautiful that I knew it was only going to come out looking better. Set our date for November 8, 2020.Fast forward to the end of 2019 and the space is everything you can hope and dream for. Intimate, modern, chic, and a fabulous staff who is on top of everything you could ever need. We were getting excited for our big day!Now.....the year of 2020. We have already waited so long to get married that I was adamant on making it happen. Safety was the utmost important thing to me that day, and Kitty and team provided all of the wonderful options, coordinated things to be safe, and truly made our day a dream come true. There were no issues, our coordinator Calley checked in and made sure I was feeling okay, and I never had any worries or stress at all.I know there are a lot of venues to get married in the area, but this one is really one that I feel so passionate about and will recommend to anyone 1,000 times over.

My now husband and I got engaged Sept 2018. The first thing we focused on was venue. We toured many places around the twin cities, but ultimately decided on The neu neu. We wanted a fun beautiful and wedding we felt the neu neu captured what we wanted. The large open space for the ceremony; the reception, plus the outdoor area, green room, and bridal suite provided an amazing space for our wedding. Kitty and her team were an absolute joy to work with. Being a Covid bride, they worked with us through reschedules and size restrictions and everything else. they made a chaotic situation feel less crazy. After 2.5 years engaged, we finally had the best wedding on May 14,2021

We rented 514 Studios, Suite 200 as our studio for hosting The With Grace and Gold Workshop, a hands-on workshop for design business owners. Every step of the way, we felt well-informed and well taken care of by the 514 Studios team. We were able to make the space feel like our own, but loved all of the historic and raw features of the space. Thank you, 514 Studios!

My wife and I just got married at 514 last weekend! The venue and staff are so amazing and really made our day the best ever. Their flexibility and laid-back vibe was everything we were looking for in a wedding venue. They are also so inviting to the LGBT community which is extremely refreshing. We both felt so comfortable which was a big selling point for us. Anytime we wanted to come visit the venue just to see it or to test things out for the wedding, they were so accommodating and awesome about it. Also the bridal suite upstairs was a huge bonus. We really cant recommend this place enough.

A wonderful place to hold events or larger meetings. Corner Coffee is connected, making it very convenient to grab a bite beforehand.

I just had my scaled down (because of COVID) wedding here and it was AMAZING. Everyone at Neu Neu and MAVEN were wonderful to work with. The space works great for a smaller guest list. I had initially thought it would seem huge for our mere 23 guests and it felt just right. The ability to open up the garage door was very nice. We had originally booked this venue for around 120 guests and I think in non-covid times it would work amazing for that as well. The bridal suite was a beautiful place for photos. I had originally thought we would go out to the city with the photographer, but the space was so gorgeous with amazing light so we spent a lot of time up there as well.

We worked with The Neu Neu for a small (~40 people) day-long corporate event last October and it was great. Kitty was attentive and informative leading up to the event and everything was exactly as planned on the day-of. We loved the large, open main space and the cute bar/lounge area -- and we really used both throughout the day. We brought in The Chow Girls for catering and they were also awesome (and sooo delicious). They were really familiar with the space and The Neu Neu team. All in all, it was a very comfortable venue and wed definitely work with them again.

My fiance and I have been working with Lauren and Kitty at The Neu Neu since booking with them in early 2019. We couldnt be happier with the level of service and support we have received from them and their team throughout our planning - they are quick to respond to any of our questions, and have provided us with several references for our various wedding needs (photography, DJ, catering, etc.). The event space itself is exactly what we were looking for, and it is great that they allow so much flexibility in how the wedding will be structured - they provide the space, but then we are basically able to pick and choose everything else as long as they are an accredited vendor (they also partner with several preferred vendors of theirs to help narrow down the search). With all of that said, we look forward to having our event at The Neu Neu!

It is a beautiful clean canvas that allows any couple bring their dream wedding to life! We had our wedding at the Neu Neu on September 14th, 2019. We knew from the beginning we wanted a venue that would allow us to be creative and make the space our own- and that is the Neu Neu. You can choose your caterer, bring your own alcohol, and use the space as a blank canvas to create a dream come true.The upstairs (Light Room) is a MUST to rent- it is absolutely stunning for bridesmaids to get ready and so much natural light for good photos.The cocktail room was recently redone with a brand new bathroom, a greenery wall, new bar, and the cutest decor ever. This space was perfect for guests to relax!!The main space fits 150 people which was perfect for our guest count, and the beams on the ceilings made adding greenery perfect.The outdoor space was perfect for our dream of having a food truck come for late night (Rusty Taco) and a photo called (Northerly) come for guests to take photos. We also had enough room for games!Overall, this space was everything we could have hoped for and more. Kitty and Lauren (part of the Neu Neu) were so incredibly helpful and always willing to answer my million questions. The venue also provides a day of coordinator with the space, and let me tell you, the Maven team is AMAZING. Abby was on top of everything and made my day go so seamlessly.Also, the location is perfect. Located right in the north loop and super close to bars so guests can keep the party going!My husband and I had the best day of our lives here!

What a great wedding venue! We were looking for a cool, indoors location for our April wedding, and The Neu Neu Event Center checked all our boxes, as well as allowing for BYOB alcohol, which was a huge plus. In addition, we received a Day-Of Coordinator from Maven - another huge plus. The venue was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the freedom for a DIY-type wedding in such a great location in the Warehouse District was exactly what we were looking for. Our wedding was a blast and the venue was perfect. And the Bridal Suite! The best pictures you will ever take, hands down, will happen there.Extremely happy with the Neu Neu Event Center, and both my wife and I would highly recommend the venue to anyone looking for a cool, industrial vibe that wont charge you per drink or force you to use specific contractors or decorators.

514 was the perfect space for our December 8th wedding. The reception area is a really cool “blank slate” that you can make whatever you want! They also provide a lot of useful help and support including vendor recommendations and Day of Coordination through MAVEN (which was absolutely essential)! The staff was professional, easy to work with, and responsive throughout the planning process. You can tell that they are experts in their field and have a lot of good relationships with vendors. We had 127 guests, and people raved about how the reception space seemed so intimate for the ceremony, yet large and open once it was flipped and made ready for dinner and dancing! It’s really a magical space. The “Green Room” was a perfect place for cocktail hour, with plenty of spaces for guests to sit or stand, as well as a beautiful plant wall we used as a photo backdrop. And the Bridal Suite was beautiful, large, and full of natural light, even on a cloudy December day! We highly recommend booking 514 for your wedding or other event! You won’t regret it.

I cannot say enough about this fabulous venue! We attended a wedding at The Nue Nue in May 2019 and it was fantastic. The space is extremely well laid out; theres room for dancing, room for a full bar, room for chatting with other guests, and more. The design/vibe is modern and clean so you can customize the space to make it your own. The location is incredible as well, right in the heart of downtown Minneapolis! I would highly recommend The Nue Nue and cant wait to attend another event there!

We had our wedding at The Neu Neu on November 24th, 2019. We originally found The Neu Neu when it was still 514 Studios and fell in love with it then. My husband and I struggled finding a venue. We looked high and low and just never found that one. The people we spoke to elsewhere were very impersonal and we never felt like anyone genuinely cared. But once we found The Neu Neu, our minds were blown. Our first meeting we truly felt connected and like our day mattered! We took the leap of faith and booked 514 just weeks before it changed over. We are so happy we went with our gut because the remodel was incredible! Our wedding was very small (less than 50 guests). The Neu Neu worked perfectly for our guest count as we were able to spread things out. People always asked us what is your theme? and I never knew how to respond because our theme was just the venue! Plain as that. The vibes and decorations that they have certainly set the tone for our day. Everyone on the team were so accommodating and very prompt to respond to any questions we had (even if they were dumb and small!) We are extremely satisfied with our experience at this venue! I attended a career fair here. The space was very nice. Could have been a little cooler, Im not sure if it has air conditioning (the building on the outside is dated). I like that it is right next to a coffee shop.

Such a beautiful space! Located conveniently in the North Loop and easy to get to and from. The lighting, food, and bar vendors knew the space and were to set up quickly and comfortably. The staff is extremly accomodating and available to answer any questions we had. Our guests were very impressed and would highly recommend this space for any event!

Gorgeous event space! I helped to organize my 20 year high school reunion here & classmates were WOWed with the beauty of the space. 514 Studios Manager, Alison, was very helpful. She had great resources/suggestions for vendors, space layout, etc.Additionally, parking was easy for everyone & due our event being in the evening on a weekend, we essentially had the building to ourselves (which was great).

I went to a wedding ceremony and reception here. Parking was free for the event in a nearby ramp with a code. The venue was nice, intimate, and versatile from what I could tell. No complaints.

Ive tried to reach out to this company multiple times. Even during business hours no one is in the office or answers the phone. The pictures of the areas look lovely but zero customer service

We had our wedding at 514 and it was absolutely perfect. I have never been described as easy going or laid back but Bre and the staff at 514 exceeded my expectations. I couldnt be more pleased with our experience and would do it all over again.

It was a nice place. Parking was a bit hairy with a 14 passenger van. But all in all its a great place to host an Event...
