I work for the Postal Service of Im going to say that their service is good, but it really is 🌍😊

They always leave my packages in the wide open and people steal them but when I give them clear instructions they don’t listen

Hello Posts Off on Vliet, 1/15/21 I usually go to my neighborhood PO weekly but todays PO worker 11:30-12:00 was exceptionally rude to all in line. She insulted me as soon as I stepped up to the counter. Another person asked her a question she made her so visibly upset she just gave up & left. Her badge was turned toward her so you couldnt see her name. I know these are difficult times however its not an excuse for rude behavior.

Why is it every single day I have to wait beyond 6 pm to hopefully see mail? I have to wait and wait and most days mail never comes. Im tired of this, if I could pick up my own mail I would. But unfortunately I dont get home from work until after they are closed, which is at 5 pm.

I would rather pick up my own mail some days we get mail some says we don’t I have been waiting on my packages for over a month and I’m a business owner smh

Spent 108 minutes on hold to correct someone else’s change of address who sited my address as theirs. The gentleman who answered hang up on me due to “bad connection” but I had 4 bars of service.... such a waste of my life. I guess I’m getting this ladies mail for ever 🤷‍♀️

HORRIBLE. Won’t help me find a package when IT WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO MY HOUSE, told me to file a claim but wont give me any assistance. Tried to contact on 5 different occasions everyone told me different things. SUCH A JOKE

They have the wrong people delivering mail I still haven’t received my things

Tried to track a package that has been missing for over 2 weeks. I spoke Joe the supervisor. He lied to me completely telling me that UWM picks up their mail which is completely against the law. He was a total jerk! HORRIBLE service.

Always have had friendly and polite service. Can be slow sometimes, but that happens at all post offices.

Had my mail for two weeks and didnt notify my until a week before the send back to sender date. Once trying to get my mail for a week they claim they cant find it .

They are very lazy amd disrespectful... I set up for my mail to be redelivered to me and I left specific instructions and the mail carrier was very disrespectful and rude...

Long lines all the time. This is why usps is going bankrupt
