One word: LIARS. They’ll never pay your detention or tonu yet they’ll with no shame lie about 9/10 loads and their pickup times. Terrible company to work with, they’ll keep calling you over and over for update on the same load.

We were given inaccurate information on the rate sheet over and over. We drove all the way to the pickup location just to be turned away with no compensation. The second experience TQL had our driver wait at the wrong location for an hour with no response even though they communicated with my driver up until my driver said he arrived. My driver leaves for them to call the next day to see if our driver is still there and again NO compensation. Our third and final experience is where my driver drives about 8 hours. Upon his arrival to pick up, my driver was greeted with rudeness. On top of their lack of respect, the load was double what the rate sheet stated. The following day after dispatch had to write a formal complaint to TQL about this final experience, we were told we could go ahead and go back. They would load us up and compensate for it. But then proceeded to blame us for leaving the evening before and said we should have assumed wed be compensated for the extra pallets and just taken the load. He went on further to say if we still wanted the load wed have to wait till Tuesday to get loaded. I think this goes without mention but just in case, we still are not compensated for any of this poor, unethical, and unprofessional behavior. This company is dishonest and deceptive to say the least. This goes far beyond just poor customer service. They act negligent in all areas of business. Cheating customers and other companies is malicious and disgusting not to mention illegal.

They do not leave you alone. I usually give companies a shot when the time comes for freight but after asking dozens of times to stop calling they dont listen. Wasted a lot of valuable time explaining this to them and then someone else will just call. If they cant take even that instruction I definitely wouldnt trust them with our freight. Of course they will respond with Contact so and so, which Ive done to no avail. We now just ignore their calls and block their number.

PLEASE STOP CALLING US. WE HAVE TOLD YOU EVERY OTHER MONTH FOR THE PAST 7 YEARS. WE DO NOT DOUBLE BROKER.

This company has been cold calling / emailing me for several years now. Their emails have no unsubscribe option, and Ive repeatedly asked them to remove me and my company from their lists, to no avail. I will definitely never use their services, not only because I am happy with other trucking services, but also because they have waisted my valuable time.If anyone from TQL is reading this, please do the right thing and stop pestering me.

Great people lots of loads all the time. Never had an issue with payments. You do have to be respond to where the load is but not extremely annoying. Looking forward to do more loads for TQL

I have been working with TQL for a while now and let me tell you they have some great people working there . They always have competitive rates. and amazing service. I always look for their loads first.

Booked a load with the President of this branch. They had no idea what time the load was suppose to deliver. They put appt 9-3 for receiving. I tried to confirm what time for sure and he had no answer for me. Literally said I dont know i only have contact with the shipper. I had to have my driver drive to the receiver at 9am just to find out his apt was at 7pm. They just want you to pick up their freight and what happens after does not matter. Absolutely disgusting. On top of that they try to put the blame on you and drag you around for a week until you get compensation, if you even get any. Stay away from TQL if you can, and especially this Milwaukee branch.

This company does not leave you alone. Weve told them multiple times through email and over the phone for the past 2+ years that we are not interested in working with them and to take us out of their system. Yet every month someone new from the company keeps contacting us for business. This is getting to the point where I have to start being rude to a new person and keep repeating what Ive said to the last person.I will never work with this company and will continue to let others know of the poor experiences weve had with them.

TQL did a sales call on my organization (call was extremely poorly structured for a sales call) asking for my business while at the exact same time they brought a trucker into our docks twice for a shipment we didnt have. After we told them repeatedly we didnt have a load and know nothing about where this trucker needs to go. On the 4th time around finally got the trucker where he is going. Wasting my time and the truckers time, Oh the irony, Needless to say, I wouldnt trust this company to handle any of our freight

Buyer beware: Will lie to you about every last detail of the transaction and break every promise made. True slimeballs.
