I was moved cross town from West Allis to Waukesha, Wi the movers was very fast and friendly. The items they moved was a three bedroom worth of items. My wife felt very please with the choice of movers. Thanks James & Andy! Great Job fellas! It was a JOY!

I moved with these great movers I was cancel by other movers, and they show up same day services. The team was stellar! I would give them 100 Stars for there respect to my furniture and with a good enjoyable experience. I moved from Waukesha to Brookfield, Wi. My family that was there gave them a big Thumbs Up!

Would not recommend this company. Moved back in August and the movers damaged/ scratched three of my bedroom wood pieces because they did not use moving pads. The movers spent most of their time trying to figure out how to disassemble my nightstand stand, and they even asked if I had a certain tool. The company finally came to look at the damaged furniture in October. They had one of their movers try to refinish one of my nightstands for over six months, and they kept having issue after issue. I eventually asked for the unfinished nightstand back since I didn’t want to chase them for answers anymore. A relative completely refinished the piece from scratch with no issue and it was done in under an hour minus drying time. There was never any follow-up from management with all the delays, or an apology. I had to chase them constant. Unprofessional company. There will be no recourse if your furniture is damaged.

As a business located in the Milwaukee area, I couldnt recommend staying any FURTHER away from this moving company as you can. From the beginning, they were dishonest, not punctual, and their customer service was beyond appalling.We were traveling from out of state to help move one of our offices and on Monday (1/28/19) we set up the moving service and were ensured that on Friday (2/1/19) they would be there between 12 PM and 3 PM. We had staff box up all belongings and left only boxes and furniture items to be moved.After waiting until near 6 PM we find out that theyre trying to move it to Saturday (2/2/19) without giving us option. Coming from out of town and opening back up on Monday, this wasnt an option. The finally showed up around 6:30 PM and finished packing at almost 10 PM.We then drove ahead to our new office to wait until 11:45 PM for them to show up. After walking out into the parking lot, we find the rented U-haul in the back of the parking lot, unlocked cabin as well as the backend unlocked with ALL of our furniture, IT equipment (computers, printers, industrial printers), and more in the back (see attached pictures). The movers were gone and took the keys but left everything unlocked.After countless phone calls and exchanges with the company head (who we find out is in Atlanta) who informed us that was the agreed upon terms and weather caused delays forced them to finish moving Saturday (2/2/19) morning. These were not the agreed upon terms and we had electronic equipment that sat overnight in a U-Heal in sub-zero temperatures, in which they (remember, theyre a moving company, not an IT company) informed us that the equipment would be fine.They showed up around 8:15 AM to finish the move and finished around 11:15 AM. The main guy who moved was actually awesome (worked for the company, and voiced concerns about actually being paid). But after they had finished the move, they worked up the nerve (they being corporate) to ask for $250 additional to make up for the extra time!This could not have been a worse experience, and being in business and understanding that weather and such can absolutely play a role, we asked for honesty. This entire situation could have been avoided (6 hours from home away from family, friends, and work) had they been honest earlier in the week and let us know that they may not be able to get to us. Not asking for much, as we couldve found a different moving company or done so ourselves.If youre a business, homeowner, or anybody needing help with moving, I would avoid the business completely. While they did complete the job a day late, the corporate person was absolutely rude and condescending to our entire staff and quite frankly didnt care that our furniture and equipment was left unlocked, in sub-zero temperature, then asked for MORE money after everything was said and done.While the movers were very nice and apologetic, the higher ups did not share the same ethics and morals.

Keith and Gary did a great job! We moved from an apartment to our first home with an upstairs and downstairs and they both were speedy and efficient. We didn’t have any broken items and they made moving an extremely boxing bag downstairs look easy. We can’t thank them enough for such a smooth move during a very stressful time!

Honestly, I had a really good experience with my movers! (Ray and other guy). They were timely, they moved efficiently and didn’t break anything. Although they ran a little over time, their manager was so nice and didn’t charge me extra! He simply wished me well during the pandemic. 10/10 recommend for sure!

If I could give this company 0 stars I would. They might quote a cheaper price than other companies but I warn you please do not select them. We originally agreed to 6 hours with 3 men but the morning of our move we received a phone call that they changed us to 4.5 hours with 4 men. They shorten our time so that they can then charge us the overage fee $130 per hour instead of the regular hourly amount. Day of move the men were an hour and a half late. We explained our home size and stressed how many items we had but the Supervisor insisted they would get it done within the alloted time. We move a lot for the military so we knew the lbs of our items. Day of move Speedy men did not move all of our items within the 4.5 hours, they didnt even move half our items because their truck was too small. The Supervisor insisted on receiving full payment the day of even though we did not have all our items. On top of that they damaged items and walls in the home. Their men were unprepared and did not have any tools to disassemble furniture therefore they tried to move it in the big pieces which is how they damaged our walls. We refused to pay since they didnt move all our furniture the Supervisor refused to setup a date to continue moving our furniture unless he received payment the day of. I warn you to please save yourself the headache and do not go with this company.

Absolutely the worst moving experience. They arrived late, didnt have a large enough truck (my one-day move spilled into 2 days), the movers argued on my driveway about how to pack the truck, and one of them was obviously hung over. We had damage to several items and filed claims per their instructions, only to never hear from them again. Do not EVER hire these guys!

Absolute worst moving experience we have ever had! Very shady billing practices--avoid at all costs if you can! 1. We were quoted a 3 hour move time but then when we received the bill it said the cost was for only 2 hours. So we had an hour and a half in overages; 2. We hired them to move three items we were picking up from different sellers. It look over 3 hours, only had two guys and it was one of their first days. Both of the movers were very professional, but the guy was still in training and we had paid for two professional movers. Every other moving company Ive used tacked on people being trained to the already paid for move team; 3. When we called to talk about the over 175 dollars in time overage fees for the above reasons--the guy was overly dismissive of WRITTEN EVIDENCE saying we had three hours booked and said he would get me the voice recordings of our calls, never did; 4. followed up twice by email and once by phone as the customer service rep says there is no record of any complaints of file. ABSOLUTELY THE SHADIEST COMPANY OUT THERE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. I set up service several days in advance and scheduled it for a time I made sure I wasnt working. They call me in the morning and say they are delayed, would I be able to push the moving to the following morning... I said I specifically made sure I was off for the move and no I worked the next morning. They said they would check into things and call me back. I wait for a half hour at the scheduled time (assuming since I havent heard in almost 4 hours that they had figured it out) for the drivers and they never show... I call and they say they are backed up, waiting for drivers from out of state, they will let me know later when they have a better estimate of the time. They call again 4 hours later and tell me there will be no truck that day and I can either find another service or schedule for the next day... no offer for a discount on the inconvenience until I ask for it. They dont tell me how much they will discount but say they will do something. Next day comes and I wait for an hour this time for the drivers, they finally show and although they are nice they are clearly not professionals, just some guys with a truck. They scratched so much of my furniture and even broke pieces off of my really good bedroom furniture which I didnt realize until they were gone. When I looked at the final invoice they credited me a discount and then threw on an extra charge (mid-month moving fee???) so it ended up the same amount. NEVER AGAIN!!!

I DO NOT recommend SpeedyMen Moving and Delivery. My worse moving experience ever. I should have trusted the reviews. They sent guys who were unprepared and not trained movers. Piece of furniture was broken and was told to file a claim, but we have yet to hear anything back. Going to file with BBB. Was charged extra time because their movers moved slow as molasses. They had no tools, no nothing. Ill stick to what I know and use Two men and a Truck.

This was the absolute worst moving experience I’ve ever had. The movers showed up an hour early, parked directly in the middle of my community road, blocking all traffic. They were sent with no tools or supplies at all. They were supposed to move my adjustable base bed but hadn’t even seen one before and had no idea how to move it. When I called the office, they said they would send another truck with tools and supplies but that truck didn’t show up until the END of the move. He brought a contract and tools. The contract showed an extra charge for time when I specifically told the office that I didn’t want to be charged for extra time because he sent his movers unprepared and was assured I wouldn’t be. They didn’t ask me to look over my items as we were being rushed downstairs by the other truck who was calling all of our phones to have us meet him outside. Three days later when I finally finished moving my items and was starting to move in, I noticed a large crack in my dresser... the top drawer wouldn’t open. We called immediately and were told to email pictures to their claims email. The next day, rhe email was returned and when we called they said their “server was full” and told us to try again. We re-sent the email and it was delivered but it is now two weeks later and we have never recovered a response. I don’t blame the guys they sent to move, they were clearly inexperienced and unprepared and that is the responsibility of management. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. I will be reporting them today to the BBB.

I have to admit I was a little worried at first because of the other reviews. But I didn’t have any issues at all. I had an awesome experience with speedy men movers! They came when they said they were, kept me updated, they were very careful with my stuff, and was also fast.I highly recommend this company! Jeremiah and Shawn were my movers and brought a cheerful and happy energy while moving my stuff! They were both smiling and very polite! The two (2) guys did a good job, until the last item (a glass curio door) flew open and shattered. It took forever to settle, as the company could not find a replacement. Also, as one mover was trying to explain the situation to the manager, on the phone, the manager only seemed interested in, if the payment coming out of my account was correct. Smh!

They move me from Milwaukee to Alpharetta. Where do I start, They greeted me with a warm greeting. I show them around my home and I explain to the team what I need wrapped and protected. They reassured me they would take there time and protect all of my goods. So i sign the paper work and they got start I first of all I was impress with there speed and the gentle nature. I had a lot of laughs and some good moment with the team. They stated my item will be move with 3 day and on the date of arrival they knock on the door to greet me with a smile. We open up the truck it was fully load with my items and nothing look out of place they unload. It took them about 2hours to offload a 24ft truck. I ask the manager could they set up beds and place some items several time in different places they did not complain. I could not be more HAPPY with the experience. I new I choose the right company.

Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life! First off, booked them for a Saturday noon-2 p.m. move and get a call late in afternoon that first move went into overtime and they cannot move me til Mon. Now I have to pay extra rent to stay in my old apt, and my landlady says I cannot stay. On mMin. they were late and mangandled my stuff, breaking my bedframe. One guy looked like a crack addict and did not know what he was doing. For the money I spent, could have had 2 Men and a Truck!

Called 10 moving companies and this was the only place that could help. The guys were nice, but they showed up late and a few things got damaged. I got charged $400 for 2 hours and they didnt use a truck. I asked for some sort of compensation and they said 5%.I would not recommend this place for apartment moves.

You definitely get what you pay for. All I needed was help with getting a bed, dresser, leather chair, and twin sleeper sofa from my 4th floor studio, down to the parking lot. I had a trailer ready and was set to move the pieces across town with the help of a couple of friends. I called, made the appointment, called to confirm two days out, and again the morning of. For starters, the appointment window was to be from 12-3pm. At 2pm, I called just to get an update. They informed me that they were running behind and wouldnt be out by me until sometime between 5-6pm. I had to be out that day, there was no other option. As 6 came and went, I decided to use the one guy I had left waiting with me, to help bring everything down the stairs ourselves. The whole point of hiring movers, was because I didnt want to move those heavy pieces down 4 flights of stairs. I figured it was easily worth the $150 to have someone do it, since the house I bought, would be a simple move, from trailer to first floor living space. Well, at 6:30, they finally showed up. They were never told that it was 4 flights with no elevator. They were also not told what the items would be, so they complained that they had to move a twin sleeper sofa and leather chair. They also never wrapped the pieces like I was assured that they would. Cushions and all, they banged and bumped the sofa all the way down the stairs. Cushions falling off, and getting grease-like marks on the back of my 1 year old couch. They also damaged one of the legs on my leather chair. Nothing was wrapped. Nothing was gently taken care of. They offered me a mere 10% off my order for my troubles. Never again will I use this company, or refer their work to anyone.

I needed a couch moved today and it was last minute but the guys at Speedymen worked with me and even came earlier than expected despite a bad snowstorm the previous day. They are speedy indeed before I knew it I was resting on my new couch in my living room. They even shoveled my entryway at no extra charge and both Chris and Quinten (I think I got their names right) were completely professional from beginning to end

My experience with Speedymen handling my interstate move was excellent. Jay was extremely helpful with the coordinating details, and my movers, Quentin and Victor, were super helpful, fast, polite, and hard-working. Speedymen gives fantastic service at a great price!

Terrible!! Manager is very nonchalant about cancellations. Which was done at the pickup time of 9am. He knew he was down a driver the night prior but didn’t bother to call until the move time. All he offered was reimbursement. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will fail you. Leave you screwed and the manager will not give any sign of concern. He won’t get in a truck and get it done. Lazy and unprofessional.

Im a senior and I was concern about movers all together and I gave the movers a chance to move me. To my surprise in how they care for my antique furniture was a concern for me. My smiles was at a high in how they protect my items and I was only charged almost half the price of the other movers.

Absolutely horrible experience. After being mislead for close to 6 hours (on day 1) and being told we are on our way, I was informed that they would not show up due to one of the movers falling-ill. I was then told that a crew would show up the next day at 9am. They ended up arriving around 11am, and at an address on the other side of southeastern Wisconsin close to 40 minutes away.In the recording when you call this company, it says they are stress-free and state of the art movers. That could not any be further from the truth.1) misleading a customer as to when you will be arriving, or simply not showing up is not what I would call stress-free moving.2) how state of the art can you be when you show up to the wrong city? My address is on the work order. Talk about incompetent.To summarize -I wasted 6 hours waiting on “speedymen”. They to change their name to “incompetentmen”.I discourage anyone from using this moving company. It will save you a lot of time and stress. They are a complete joke.

Moving reservations had been made at least three weeks in advance.They had no problem taking the deposit right away, but when my moving day came it was a different story. First, no one from this company never came out to see what I had for moving, instead, they called me on a Sat asking over the phone how many boxes and describe what I had for each room. The man said that they would come between 8:00 to 8:30. I asked if they could start at 9:00 not a problem. When I was making the reservation, the man said that they could load us in three hours. I asked him what if it went over the three hours, he said it would be $85.00. At this point still no one was assigned to come out and look at our items.Well on the moving day when they should have been at our place at 9:00 and did not show up until 11:51 to be exact. Which was after I had called this company three times. The first two times a man asked but on the third time of calling to ask were are the movers a woman answered. It turns out that they had sent my movers to another job. No one from this company ever called me, I had to call them. What type of service is this.By the time the movers came it was noon and they came without any moving equipment. I think one of the important points was when we showed them everything that had to be packed they were upset because they were not told that there was stairs. Not only did you go pass the three hours as I knew they would but while working one of the movers had to leave to go get some equipment to help them and I WAS CHARGED FOR THE TIME THAT THIS INDIVIDUAL WAS GONE for at least and half hour to 45 minutes.And to top it off, they did not pack all of our items and the next day we had to hire another moving service to come and re-do what they should have done. The service that we received and was charged for was unacceptable. If I can file a complaint with the BBB I will, but for anyone who asked me how our service was I tell them DONT use them. Normally, I do not post reviews, but this service was horrible and then they have the nerve to charge you!

I had the most relax and professional move in Brookfield. They moved all of my items from my 3 bedroom home safely. The team was great they wrap everything and they keep my furniture safe with out a scratch. I dont know if I will choices another mover. The price was Fantastic!

This was a absolute waste of money and time. They have some of the world laziest movers. Management is very rude and disrespectful not knowledgeable of the workers in which are sent to assignments. NEVER EVER EVER book the services of this company. They are completely unprofessional in their response and service. I am writing this review after waiting for almost 6 months. To start with, they brought a small truck and threw my furnitures and other items on top of one another. they couldnt fit my Patio Grill and left it for me to take care. As I anticipated most of my stuff was damaged when it arrived. I filed a claim and after several follow ups they settled for an amount which was no where close to the damages. Even after that they did not honor the agreement and never sent any payment. I tried following up like 100 times but to no avail. Till now I havent received any payment in spite of numerous phone calls and emails. Their email box is always full and the emails bounce back. I have filed complaints against them with various agencies and am still following up. I just curse the day, I decided to book service from them.

This is the 2nd time I used this service since June. Again, this time (and last), the two young men were very polite, caring and courteous. They both worked hard. Jay in the office was very helpful. Both times, they completed the service as quoted with no upcharge. I was very happy. They must have a fabulous HR department because they hire great people.

DO NOT USE THEM!I had an awful experience and heres a list of the reason I would never recommend ANYONE to use them.1. They were 2 hours late to my move with zero communication that they were running behind2. When they finally got there the move took twice as long as my quote which made the price go up from my initial quote3. The movers broke & scuffed multiple things4. I need them to store my stuff for a few days as I couldnt get into my new place by the time I needed to be out of my old place - BIG mistake they lost multiple boxes5. When the brought my stuff to my new place they tried to give me things that werent mine -- luckily Im a nice person and told them that the expensive vacuum they were trying to give me wasnt mine.6. Ive been moved into my place for about 4 months and Im still trying to find a box full of dishes (bowls that my mother and grandmother gave me!) Ive called multiple times and I have yet to have anyone reach out to me about my incident even though I am always told I will be contacted by their claims department and I have an incident numberDo yourself a favor and DONT USE THIS COMPANY. I am a very forgiving person but I am beyond upset with my experience with this company.

This company is completely unprofessional. We scheduled a move using their online scheduling tool for noon. Similar to others they canceled our move and never bothered to call or tell us. We learned about them canceling because our credit card was refunded. Not from them-- from our Credit card company. We called to ask what happened and to see if it was a mistake because we couldnt believe they would just cancel at 9 pm the day before our move and not tell us. The operator was aloof and said that they over estimated their inventory and werent coming but that they would be happy to reschedule us. While this is all fine and good for them we are closing on our house and need to be out. This is a huge inconvenience but not only that, they didnt offer any apologies or discounts for their oversight or the fact that they didnt even have the common decency to tell us they werent coming. We had to scramble to get a Uhaul and just do the move ourselves because there is no way we will get a company on this short of notice. I do not recommend them to anyone.

I thought Id give these guys a shot despite their bad reviews. I would not recommend them to my worst enemy. They cancelled less than 24 hours before my move because they wrote down the wrong phone number, tried to reach me at that number, and couldnt. After that cluster, they did the move within the quoted amount. However they showed up at the very end of the three-hour window in which they said they would be here. Unprofessional appearance. Questionable sobriety. Foul language in front of the kids. One of the movers complained endlessly about the stairs which were included in the quote.

Speedymen moving doesnt even have the honor to pay their employees, let alone give you (the customer) proper service. Worst management Ive ever seen.

Very disappointing. First move was ok to good. Second move was a disaster. Damaged my refrigerator and now I am trying to get them to repair it. They have become extremely difficult to work with. Cant find the pictures I sent, havent looked at them, cant see the damage, very poor customer service.Dont waste your time.

We hired Speedymen to move our piano in September 2016, they said that they were qualified and accepted the job with no hesitation. Well a couple of real winners showed up with no straps, no blankets and only a 2x4 frame on casters to move the piano. They stood it right up on end and made their way through the house and out the front door. They tried to 1, 2, 3 giver off of the top step of the stoop, (no straps or any anything but their little 2x4 frame) and well the guy on the bottom just ended up standing there with the 2x4 roller in his hands and the piano landed sideways on the concrete.(KABONG!!)They acted like it was no big deal, an every day occurrence pretty much and the company will take care of it they said. No apologies and off they went. Well its been 5 months now, the piano is in a wood smiths shop with $1100 of damage that Speedymen wont approve for repair. They wont answer their phones most of the time and if they do they give us the same story of trying to get approval to offer a settlement and theyll call us back but never do. The wood smith (they hired) is frustrated and wants it out of his small 1 man shop and we want our piano back or one equivalent. Just because they have some sort of contract and insurance limit does not mean that they should be able to send out a couple of dummies completely unprepared and clearly untrained for the job ahead of them, throw someones property off the top step and avoid taking care of the damaged. NEVER EVERY HIRE SPEEDYMEN, they wont take care of you!!!!! I wish I could give them 0 stars.

This is the worst. 3 guys two of them sat in the truck, made the time go over so they wanted to charge more. Also we had to help move everything. Did not put anything together per the contract. I had to give a star, actually negatve

The worst experience Ive had to date. I am in the military and have dealt with numerous movers but these were the least professional movers yet. In a nut shell, they broke my TV, tried to cover it up by not saying anything and are now refusing to pay for it. This ridiculous 60 cents per pound rule is what theyre standing by so I will just stand by a lawyer if I must.

They move me over the weekend I was load in no time and I had no hidden fees I paid a great price! The movers was very very friendly!

Horrible customer service. They damaged our furniture, walls, and they wouldnt get back to us when we asked them to fix it or pay for repairs. DO NOT USE. NOT WORTH IT.

We booked a move for noon today. The Speedymen movers did not show up and they did not call. We are moving to another state and we had to scramble to get another mover for tomorrow.
