Keep postponing delivery from last 3 days. In the morning it’s out for delivery and by the evening rescheduled. Pathetic service.

Terrible customer support. a direct quote from one of their escalation specialists Sir, I dont know what your idea of customer service is, but we are a logistics company, not a customer support company.. after failing to deliver a package with an address that another agent told me should have been no problem..
