Whatever brick and mortar location, responsible for the North Side, of Milwaukee Areas, pickup for returns, is trash. Been trying to have an item returned for two weeks now, for an elderly family member, who is disabled. The FedEx drivers, seem to be incompetent and theres no accountability. I highly recommend using UPS.
The Express service is pretty good. Ground? Dont use them. Stuff gets lost constantly. Got a big package? Theyre gonna sit on it for days because the drivers dont want to deal with it.
Amazing counter service and care by the lady who was there.Took time to be through and didnt rush me.Other shipping companies in the area didnt seem to listen or care about a serious deadline.Fed Ex here did+ I made it!

The door tag left for me referred me to theirir website that doesnt have closing hours. It just says to pick up packages after 8pm. I drove across town only to arrive at a locked down because it was 9:04pm. At a minimum, that makes the website misleading, if not an outright lie. When I tried to talk to the woman inside the building, she turned the lights off and walked away after telling me they were closed and the hours are on the door. Thank you for telling me the obvious information and being of no help. UPS has never been rude to me like that before, and Ill be sure to not return to FedEx.
I initially left a two star review due to the wait times of 30 minutes or more on multiple occasions. I recently had a great conversation with a gentleman I see working in the afternoon usually, I regretfully did not get his name. The conversation with him and positive experience is the reason I am changing the review to four stars. I have not given a five star due to the extended wait times that continue to occur.
Deliver here occasionally. But always quick in and out. Night shift personal are friendly and helpful.

Sent there by my employer to get something important they failed to deliver during operating hours the day before. Had to wait 45+ mins to be told it was on the truck.
Waited 20 minutes to return a package via FedEx. The employee behind the counter was only wearing a face shield. No mask. Very uncomfortable experience. Did not like having to stand so long in a space with somebody not taking care of Covid-19 precautions.
The folks at the airport distribution center folks are very friendly and helpful. They need more help as its very busy at times.
Should bring out additional staff when the wait is so long. I waited 35 minutes. Will try UPS next time.
Great service in an out shipping a few documents
Honesty SHIP UPS! fedex is always garage. Every package I have ever shipped or have sent to me they are always late. They have never ever been on time with packages. The customer support is horrible and they do not care at all. My packages will be delivered days sometimes even weeks later than the price I paid to deliver or when the expected delivery date was.
Wasted my time worst place ever, us mail is way more better!!!
If theres an open door
FedEx has become the ultimate worst of the shipping distributors. We receive our paychecks (unfortunately) from Fedex and his location specifically never fails to cause a delay in shipments. Not sure what your employees are thinking when you get a shipment in from IL, WHY on Earth would you send it all the way to TN. Figure out how to properly sort your mail so its not going out in the opposite direction, it doesnt take a genius to figure that out! Ridiculous. Clearly an unorganized mess of a company, terrible customer service, no support on scheduled shipments. We will no longer use your services, thanks to the continuous late shipments and horrible service from your location and team. Dont recommend to anyone, unless you dont mind getting your scheduled shipments super late.

Terrible customer service! Short haired big lady has a terrible attitude. Ask about door tag that was to be delivered, yet never got put on a truck.. these door tags have a signature spot, for the next delivery attempt. Yet the driver has elected to not let me sign for my package so I’m at the FedEx location being treated terribly!
Id give 0 stars. Waiting on a express package sent next day by 1030am, from my employer. Delivery attempt 1 was to the wrong, uninhabited townhouse. I called, verified my address AND clarified my delivery instruction from my FedEx Profile (1st Driveway on rightm, DO NOT pass the Mailbox). 2nd attempt, next day, Same result. Called and was given the option to drive to another city to pick it up, provided the shipper will allow it, or wait outside the next day and intercept my own package. These are not solutions. And the driver should have a basic understanding of how addresses and GPS work. Literally jumping out and knocking on the door he thinks is correct. Ill be waiting outside tomorrow...

Worst customer service Ive experienced from this industry. 4 customers waiting at an empty counter for 5+ minutes, then one employee comes out. After 20 minutes of working on the first customers SINGLE package, I had to leave to be somewhere. Truly dreadful.

I came into fed ex and told the worker that it was my first time delivering package. She points out a brown box, then a white box that I could use for two different items. She said that we need to package and tape everything up. I finish taping the boxes to have a different worker ring us up. Linda, or Glenda, goes on to ask us if we’re doing express shipping or ground shipping. Us, being first timers ask her what the difference in price is. She says “huge difference” and I say okay, so ground shipping. She says “you need different boxes then” I then asked why the first worker didn’t tell us that there would be a difference before telling us which boxes to use. She says “There’s a sign right there”. Fine, I probably should have read the signs instead of going with what the worker was telling me to do. But either way it’s completely inappropriate to speak to a customer that way especially when they tell you it’s their first time. Completely unprofessional and rude. She also charged my card 3 separate times because she was in such a hurry asking if I was “done yet” while I was taping the second box.
Rude customer service, people sitting on phones and points to the counter on the side of her and has us wait 5 minutes for someone else to come up. Didnt say anything to us or got up off her phone to tell someone to assist us. The over the phone service gave me false information to where i had to call back and speak with a supervisor due to two of the representatives giving me two different stories on my shipment and false info on one of their ends. Just rude and dissatisfied with how they train employees.

Unhelpful group of workers who assume everyone is tech savvy and if youre not, ah well. Those were some of the most unhelpful young people, I have been around. Dont go there needing too much help because you may not get it, my suggestion is, ask someone at the top and cross your fingers or just leave.

Ok its Christmas time and I was guaranteed that my pkg would be at my home at a specific time right?...Well I tracked my pkg for 10 hours .... Come to find out that the FedEx forgot to place my pkg on the truck. So I have alot and a life to do...I call to pick up my pkg. Because I cant sit at home AGAIN....for 16 hours.So they say come and get it if you want...thats fine. Do you think the pkg was at a local pickup sight? Of course not!!!!I had to drive about 17 miles or more one way...They didnt have yhe kindness to tell me by email that the pkg wasnt coming.ugh.....

Linda is THE BEST. SO is Jess. So is the lady in the evening when I drop off packages whose name I unfortunately, do not know. I have had problems with orders or deliveries and they are ALWAYS helpful. Linda does not mind answering any questions I have and knows me by name right when I walk in. She proclaims, APRIL! and just goes in the back to grab my packages. She is an absolute sweetheart. The same goes for Jess. Jess has even called me when I was late to pick up packages to make sure everything was okay and that I was going to be able to get the packages. When I drop off packages at around 830p there is a woman who always tells me to have a good evening although she looks way too busy to care to say that. But she does anyway. Id have to say that air travel and shipping can be two of the more annoying things in life, but these guys make at least shipping an absolute pleasure! They should get raises for being so awesome. They have gone out of their way for me and in this day and age, that means so very much for a business.

Never had any issues with this location. They have always been very friendly and polite. Being open till 9 during the week is a huge plus because I am never home during the day to accept a package. Every time Ive missed a delivery Ive been able to pick up my stuff the same evening.

I use this location a lot, and the majority of the time theres very little wait time and sometimes no wait time. Worry-free no hassle, they have boxes tape and etcetera.
Slow because other customers dont know how to read their slips but the counter people were quick and friendly.
Mr FedEx decided that it was unsafe to drop off my package. I called and they told me that they would drop it off tomorrow no problem. Nope. Now I have to wast allot of time and money picking up something I already paid extra to get quicker.

WORST AND TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE EVER!! I told the clerk I was picking up a package which as an iPhone 6 Plus, and told me that somebody had already picked it up the day before by some E. Jone !! How can this be POSSIBLE! I requested to speak to their manager, she then told me she was at their warehouse and was unable to come over!! I asked the clerk how can they just give out important packages to random ppl! She didnt know what to say, and only told me that the person who gave it mustve overlooked at the address and didnt realize it was an apt complex! First of all my name is nowhere close to E. Jone! These ppl are UNETHICAL, UNPROFESSIONAL! Told her this was absolutely unacceptable!!!! Now I have to wait for another phone to arrive while this guy is enjoying my brand new phone or the money if he sold it because an incompetent clerk was unable to do his job RIGHT! EXTREMELY UPSET!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Staff are very unfriendly. Ive had packages get completely lost because they dont know how to communicate with each other. Ive had to make a 45 min drive here more than once to pick up items that should have been delivered to me but were not. Their drivers cant seem to follow basic instructions.

Customer service sucked, and they shipped to wrong address 2miles away from them.. Not smart people you have to draw a map and use crayons so they might get it right.. Happens all the time as Im consultant in technology. We prefer dhl or ups anyone but fed ex.. Also when they do get the shipping right the box said fragile PC inside and box would be torn to shreds.
Received text message 1-day ahead that courier was at my residence needing a signature..[ 12:34 p.m. instead of 4:30 scheduled arrival ]. Turns out package was for another unit in my building.Next day of scheduled delivery (4:30 p.m) after calling and receiving confirmationbn of package arrival to be there by 4:30 p.m. ... needless to say, as I sat watching from 1:30 p.m. until 4:45 p.m. and had to call to track my package.I was given a recorded message that driver attempted to deliver my package at 4:18 p.m. but no one was at my residence for signature.Carrier was in area but refused to return and fed x local station sent text message that carrier was done for the day and would redeliver on December 26th at 8:00 p.m. ((THE PACKAGES SCHEFULED TO ORIGINALKY ARRIVE ON DECEMBER 21, 2017).Ofcourse, I will be picking it up at their fed x station on 3rd Street in Milwaukee, WI myself at 8 a.m.Taking no more chances as this was a paid scheduled deliver of 2 - days..

Didnt have my door tag or tracking number with me and the lady at the counter was super friendly and found my package no problems. I did have to show ID and other mail from my address but that is to expected for safety measures.
