I work there. The employees are Teamsters and do a great job. The company management is always changing and often trying to reinvent the wheel. The corporate management never gets around to giving the employees what they need to get the job done.

Just had to share what a great job the Milwaukee Facility did today. I called this morning and asked if our shipment could be marked Hot Tailgate Rush for an item we had to get shipped out today(they were panels for our customer) and by 11:00am my delivery was made. No hassle. You guys do an amazing job and I just wanted to say Thank You and let you know it was greatly appreciated.KellyUnited Process Controls

Motel is ok we stay at but the terminal cant get the #rivers out before 2200 or 2300 so freight is delayed making it hard on LH to get stuff moved with 61 mph trucks when the national average is 68 to 70 mph.

Always late on delivery. With so many different trucking companies out there you can find much better.

Have been waiting for my package to be delivered for almost a month. I finally called and had to schedule delivery. Was never told I needed to schedule delivery before calling. I scheduled it and the package was not delivered on day scheduled. Called them back and now Im rescheduling for a second time. Very disappointing!

Laid back and nobody micro managing you

I was told that I would have a delivery done and given a window of 8am to 4pm.. I had to miss out on business of my own to be at home to cover this incredibly long, entire workday. Okay, so be it, but they call me at 2pm to tell me my snowblower I ordered from Home Depot wasnt going to be coming. Of course I was upset, I waited that long and nothing happened. Now I have to wait the entire next day? Sure why not! Except they called me today at 1pm now to let me know they didnt get the shipment out AGAIN! So, two full days of missing out on my own business... I am also contacting corporate Home Depot to do what I can to ensure no one uses this company for shipping. This is completely unprofessional and how you end up having your business shut down. Why use a company that gives such large delivery windows and on top of that, fails twice to deliver? Awful experience.

The shipped a large package very quickly. A little expensive but this was something that would have been even more with UPS or FedEx to the point of making it impossible to justify.

My 3rd week working for the company and ive been too plenty terminals everyone was nice and helpful...get here you can speak to them and they walk on by as if you said nothing....assistance with where to stage load or wait for motel shuttle good luck with that too..bill pack and pay sheet they just look at you like you been here 20 years and know everything...everyone at this terminal just angry perhaps...hope your day gets better

Needs to treat their employees ALOT better, better pay scale like our competitors are paying their employees, and pay into our pensions back to where they once were, train all the dock workers properly, and get the freight out on time, You take care of your employees your employees will take care of you. Its called REAL team work.

Absolutely the worst experiences with a shipping company ever! Minus 90 million stars if it was possible.I have dealt with shipping companies for more than 20 years as a business. They tried to deliver about 10 times over the past year. I say tried because 9 out of 10 times the driver showed up without the freight. Im serious. We were waiting and we had customers waiting for the shipment. Each time they would show up on a Friday and say they didnt have the freight. This was no big deal the first time (even though they looked like total amateurs). After the sixth, 7th, 8th time... it was beyond terrible. Last week they showed up (guess what) without the freight on Friday. Said they would deliver on Monday. Didnt deliver on Monday. Called Monday night and Tuesday to get answers. Wasted 3 hours getting the run around. They guaranteed they had the freight and would delivery Tuesday. Now its Wednesday after noon, and the best they can say is that they see they found the invoice but not the freight. Rose just told me that is what she sees on her end and so cross your fingers and hope it shows up. Really? Wow! If you are bored or for some strange reason you like to torture yourself, then give these idiots a try.

Best service

Item could not be delivered due to poor packing of a 40lb item. The driver said he could not get it out. Item needed to be delivered that day. Dispatcher said their driver should have delivered item. and would get it to me first thing the next business day.. It did not show up. Their response was that they were sorry.

Horrible customer service I called and asked to speak with the safety department the front desk lady said they werent out of that office and I just wanted to inquire about there ELD system a former driver of theirs recommended there system and she asked where I was from I explained who I was and were I was from and she said yah no not for you and hung up on me well Erica this review is specifically for you !!!

Dropped a brokered load there at 8:30 PM came back at 10AM the next day and no one has my signed bill of laden that I get paid from

Refused claim saying pallet was too high and it tipped over while lowering on the lift gate. How was the pallet accepted for delivery if it was too high in the first place? Pictures and driver don’t lie. There was no “investigation” done. Just a garbage excuse from a garbage company.
