Saturday, I went there and they were closed,the phone said they were open till 5pm, I got there at 2:30ish,and they were closed.I called and tried to reach them to know avail

There was this lady in there, that acted like she didnt want me a cash my cash there, talking about me going a go cash my check at a bank. And she wouldnt update all of legal information in the system. I have rarely in my life been treated with such disrespect at a place of business, and I bet they still wont update all of my legal information. If you go here, hope to God that you dont get an extremely rude, disrespectful, and straightforward unprofessional staff member serving you

My experience there was very very nice very comfortable very warm the customer service was awesome I would definitely go back there to do my business and I will recommend to my friends that the the customer service there is beautiful I wish it was like that everywhere else.
