Cashed 15 consecutive payroll checks, PAID $153.15 in fees. I was unable to cash my 16th and I was unsure of the explanation as to why. I do appreciate the discounted NetSpend reload and was looking forward to the rewards. I am amending my previous review of one star, because i was frustrated at the whole day in general and it was not a fair review. I do recommend this store, all the staff Ive encountered has done their best to accommodate my financial needs. They are prompt, polite, and courteous even the one time I was turned away.

Just left this place, and the cashier “the older one” pretty much lied lol and said I took pictures by trying to cash it through the app, when that was the Main reason I came to this place because I couldn’t cash it through PayPal. Waste of time

Cashier was rude. Messed up transaction. I ended up paying a $3 fee for wasting my time. Will never go there again!The one on 8th and Mitchell much nicer people working there!!

Stopped in today and cashed a $1000 check. The person at the counter acted like she counted out $960 (since $40 fee to cash out) and tried to give me $660. She was trying to pocket $300. Luckily I counted it back to her at the counter and she acted dumb like it was a mistake. Nobody that deals with cash is off $300 off $960 that just doesnt happen by mistake. I would avoid this place at all cost if they have workers trying to pocket money.

Do not trust their hours because they are closed when their website and Google says they are open.

Very fast and speedy service. Got my plates renewed in less than 5 minutes.

They also buy your unwanted gift cards from pretty much any store. Now they only pay ¢.50 on the dollar so you only get half of the money that the card is worth but that is pretty much standard for any place that buys gift cards actually the only other place I know of is on the north side and only the first time do they give you ¢.50 on the dollar after that they give you less than half of the amount. So I would recommend this place over any other place. For check cashing and for other services such as selling gift cards. They also offer a wide variety of other services that I would recommend them for. So all around its a good place to go.

Line is always long. I don’t understand how there’s almost always only one person working. The girl at the window is incredibly slow even tho she sees the line getting longer. She then tries to be funny when you make it to the window to prevent you snapping on her, which is deserved, to be honest. They need new employees that actually show some kind of enthusiasm while working. The energy in this place is just boring and bland af.

The lines be way too long with little workers and the cashiers are rude and snotty and doesnt show great customer service at all. I only go here because its much quicker than opening a bank account but Im gonna stop giving them my service pretty soon if something doesnt change about their workers attitudes

The female cashier was very rude. I asked a question and she tells her coworker. This lady just asked me a stupid question. Hello!? Im standing right here. The cashier must of had a bad day. Still. Im a customer. Her nasty attuide should have stayed at home. No, one should be treated like that. Why is this allowed!??!

Rude cashiers telling wrong information wouldnt cash my check because she didnt want to go in the back to get the money. She told me I would have to wait 48 hours before I could cash my check. Didnt give me an explanation so I had to go 5 mi to another place and they cashed it right away. NEVER GO HERE FOR ANYTHING! Even for simple check cashing. They are lazy and rude.

Horrible experience the internet went down and service came to a stop besides being under staff waiting in line took nearly 30mins

Wish I could give no stars! Never come here! Rude cashiers with ugly attitudes to match their ugly faces! Also dont go there if you need anything pertaining to your vehicle! Waste of time and effort..
