Very unprofessional customer service/staff!! My daughter went in to try in get her car registered and the rude lady, looked at the title and said, oh too many signatures you will need to mail that in, I cant help you, next in line Really... where do the companies find these rude a** people. Smh.. Too many signuatres, its only two signatures, lmbo... You really just got to let go and let God, because people will try to take you there.

I walked along way to pick up a western union I got there at exactly 4:34 PM when I got to Carmens window she told me that she closed her western union down and was closing, well at that time it was 4:45 pm i asked her if they were supposed to stay open till 5 pm she said yea but she decided not to process any WU transactions anymore, so i begged her to help me because i needed the money for my rent she said it wasnt her problem. so i asked if her coworker Cynthia could help and she said i dont think so im closed too but there was still 6 ppl in line and Carmen proceeded to help the man behind me...someone she knew by name she was willing to bend the rules for him. if they shut down the WU early they should have said that instead of letting ppl stand in line and get to window then say they closed and shut down WU . these two should be out of a job or be working somewhere they dont have to deal with people. they are rude, ghetto, lazy, and unprofessional they give your company a bad reputation. they are closing systems down 30 min ahead of time. If they dont want to work they should stay home . or maybe take a customer service class and loose the attitude.
