They close and lock up 30mins to an hour before they are actually supposed to be closing. This is not a one time or two time thing. This has been all week. I work 1st shift and sometimes I get off and they’re about to close. How is that even possible. They are very rude and they do not answer the phones. How do I get in contact with corporate?
You know i was having problems with another location and stopped at this one omw to work. Not only did they fix my problem they worked with me to get it fixed i really appreciate the staff at this location. Thank yall
Here’s a list1) Called on the phone in advance asking whether or not they accepted exchanges for the Taiwanese Dollar. The woman on the phone refused to say/find out and said the only way was to actually SEE the bills (??? Bizarre). I asked for a supervisor and was transferred to a perpetually ringing line.2) Showed up anyway because it was the only exchange that I could walk to from Marquette. Hot as hell in there even though it was just 55dF outside; I was dripping sweat while waiting. They had a giant fan in there, but didn’t turn it on for whatever reason.3) It took her probably 20 minutes just to check if they accepted the exchange or not.4) Once it was all verified, which took an eternity, I was shown that they’d be taking roughly a 15% cut off the exchange. Looking back, I should’ve walked out at that point, but at the time I was so exhausted with the process that I just took the money. I guess that’s their business strategy.Hope they go out of business, and I don’t say that lightly at all.
Everytime i go there im in and out in 10 minutes or less. The only thing i dont like is they need to update the hours.
If I could give this negative stars I would. The customer service here is absolutely horrible!! I see by reading the other reviews that Im not the only one who thinks this. Then they always have only one window open but theres multiple people working in there. Then the line is always long, and it seems at times that they purposely go slow to irritate the customers waiting. It doesnt matter which employee you get they all have horrible attitudes and seem like they dont want to be there. This store needs all new staff or training, they also need to use more then one window at a time instead of just standing around talkin smh. I could go on and on about this place but its not worth it because its going to fall on deaf ears anyways. People have been complaining for years and nobody has done anything. Very sad store. Ill definitely be going somewhere else.
The customer service here is TEEEEEEERRIBLE!!! They always have attitudes, computer system is always down, they joke around and they really dont be doing theyre job. They would see a line that is long and still continue to have a conversation that has nothing to do with business, with someone they know.
While pregnant, I was waiting in like for almost 30 minutes. I ended up passing out because it was SO HOT. It was one person handling over 10 customers. I called the office to report the situation and they never called back. I havent been back since.
If I could give this place a zero I would. Horrible customer services.
Customer service is horrible. The lady My aunt & I were dealing with had a horrible attitude. Her attitude is horrible. She should not be in customer service. Will never go her again.
The Service was slow the employee, Let me know in no uncertain terms that she did not want to help me and she got my request completely wrong
Bad customer service every time I go in this place there workers have attitudes.Youre lucky to even get 1 star.
People are good at what they do but thwy always have long lines and only one teller 90% of the time i go there

Business hours are false! Says open until 8pm, NOT TRUE! CLOSES AT 7PM. Unprofessional. Never answers phone either. Ghetto! Do not recommend!
