Service call guy said it was the circuit board that was the issue. Part was ordered and had to wait two days for service. Eugene came the second time and resolved the issue. Issue was not circuit board. Eugene recommended the pressure switch be replaced. Pressure switch done furnace restored to working condition prior to temperature drop below -20 degrees. I would recommend Eugene to come for any issue with your furnace. Great customer service skill. Willing to go above and beyond to satisfy consumer. Thanks Eugene.

We had a heating outage during a snowstorm! Really scary with no one to turn to. Within 1 hour we had someone on their way! Eugene was wonderful. Joanna was kind and helpful scheduling on the phone. Eugene also was descriptive and helpful when telling us about prices. The next day we had David come and fix the furnace and he was prompt and helpful. This company had great service, kind / caring staff and was prompt! Hard to find ! Recommended especially in the Riverwest/Milwaukee area.

Eugene came out to fix an issue with my vents. During the process, he identified years and years of dirt and build up in the ducts and worked as much as he could to clean out of the ducts. After several times of someone coming out and telling me “it is fine” finally someone came and worked to identify the issue. He even cleaned up the mess from the floor after he was finished. I’ve had varying levels of satisfaction with this company but Eugene was extraordinary and I am so thankful he went out of his way to find and try to fix the problem.

Eugene and his crew are awesome! Heat went out on the coldest night in 24 years and he worked until 8:00 at night to get the heat back working. They came recommended. Our furnace went out in the middle of winter. They worked on our furnace for 2 days, located the hard to find part, and were able to complete the job. Id recommend them.

Not good

It was just before a heat wave and our Air Conditioner was at 10% and could not drop a degree when on. I called and was scheduled the same day as they prioritize system down tickets. It was also a diagnostic call. Cory our tech, checked the AC and furnace and quickly found an additional dirty filter that has fallen in and blocked the air flow when coupled with a new one I put in. This made the coils ice up. He was very thorough in the repair, adding coolant, fixing a small leak, cleaned the coil, and explained all to me every step of the way. he was there a couple hours and total including all parts (leak stop process) was well under $400. He did not try to sell me a new furnace or AC unit, which I was prepared to fight off if needed. I thought the price was very fair and the experience was excellent for a change when calling on service companies you have not used before. Highly recommended! (We are in Glendale)

It took them four visits to actually complete the job as there were multiple issues (including our thermostat not working) after they completed it the first time. They drilled a hole in our ceiling in the wrong place entirely. Despite repeated requests one of the techs took his mask off repeatedly, included when talking to us. After it was all said and done the product works, but the process left much to be desired and will require us repainting our ceiling.

These guys have been phenomenal! I was trying to make some tough decisions about the HVAC situation in our 1903 house when Jay showed up with the perfect solution that none of the other companies had thought of (thinking outside the box)! The communication was excellent - something you dont often see with contractors. He provided prompt and detailed quotes with several options. Scheduling was convenient and reliable. The team onsite (led by Brian and Chad) has provided excellent communication and listened to all our concerns. The huge project is now wrapping up and I couldnt be happier!

Anthony was awesome!! Our air conditioning went out the morning of a really hot and humid day. We didnt have time to tend to it until after 5pm when we were home from work. I called KKomfort and they were able to come over after hours for a very reasonable price. Anthony diagnosed and fixed our problem and was extremely friendly and helpful the entire time. By the time he finished it was almost 10pm. He had to have had an insanely long and tiring day, but he was still so fantastic and didnt make us feel rushed or like an inconvenience. We were so happy with the service we received that we signed up with their Energy Savings Agreement. These guys will be our go to for any HVAC needs in the future. I am so happy to be able to sleep cool and comfortable tonight.

As always, great service. We had a pressure switch on our furnace replaced on January 19, it was done quickly and efficiently quickly, and everything was explained in detail.

I dont hate the player. i hate the game. but you have got to be kidding. they charged 509.75 for a motor that i found after the fact on google, retails 55.00. seriously? you mark things up to 1000 percent? how can these people sleep at night? probably very comfortably. absurd. the actual install involved 2 plug style electrical connectors and the screwing in of less than a dozen screws. less than 2 hours of labor. the tech was good, except he should have told me before he even brought it over it was going to cost 500 bucks. the prices are egregiously inflated...i guess you really need to do your home work before calling k komfort. they gots no shame.

Coldest day of the season and our boiler stopped. Was 50 degrees inside. Found K Komfort online and they came that morning. They walked me through the problem, quoted fees up front and was done in 30 min. Exemplary customer service and pricing is competitive.

When we experienced an unexpected failure of our heating system which resulted in a carbon monoxide alarm, representatives from K Komfort quickly arrived at our residence to assess the situation. After finding and explaining the cause, they offered the option of repairing the existing furnace, or replacing the unit altogether. We chose the replacement option.An installation technician arrived with a new furnace shortly thereafter. His pride in workmanship was evidenced by his obvious knowledge of relevant codes, as well as his fine attention to detail. The job site was cleaned up after completion, the system was thoroughly checked for proper operation, and the old furnace was taken away for recycling.We highly recommend K Komfort for all of your heating and cooling needs!

Called K Komfort because I saw they had positive reviews. When I called the lady I spoke to told me diagnostic would be $79.99 and once they figure out what is wrong they would tell me a price before fixing the problem. So the technician comes out and is here for 45mins and hands me a invoice for $209. One they changed the diagnostic from $80 to $100 and two he fixed the problem with out my consent. I dont mind paying for my furnace to be fixed put the way they conduct business was not very professional.Reply to your response.Yes he did adjust the price back to $80 after insulting me by saying I didnt want to pay. I have no issue paying if I knew what I was paying for. On top of that you are suppose to tell your customers what you are fixing and how much it cost before you fix the problem I wasnt given that option. And yes it is a commercial building I have commercial space heaters in my shop to keep me and my technicians warm. The furnace he fixed which is for my waiting area is not a commercial furnace it is the same furnace a 1000 sq ft. and under apartment/studio/loft would have I think that qualifies as a residential furnace? Correct me if I am wrong. I really appreciate you guys coming out so soon and I wish we didnt get off on the wrong foot but your tech wasnt very understanding since I tried to explain to him the situation but the only response I got was Im just the technician I dont know. We live in a generation were people expect hand outs and thats not what Im looking for. The industry we are in is very similar I hope you dont get mad this is a review so you can see what went wrong and what you can do to fix it next time. Thank you again! We just had our complex HVAC system repaired and zoning installed They were polite and helpful on the phone, returned calls, and scheduled servicing promptly. They came when they said they would. Euguene, did a thorough job, explaining what he did clearly, explained what the problem was and how he fixed it, and what to look for in the future. This was a big improvement over our past service company who kept saying there was nothing wrong with our system and nothing can be done to fix my daughters cold room. I dont know how they could have given us better service.
