Great place for parts and supplies. They always have the Trion air filters I need in stock. Plus the courteous staff makes a difference!

They never have the parts you need. Today I had to go back to the store to get parts that work and they had no idea what to do for me because the factory parts dont fit!! They told me to call tech support... 1 hour and twenty minutes later, still on hold!!!!!! Get it together!!!I will never recommend Lennox to any customer!

I have had to call Lennox Industries three times in the last week. When calling you immediately get placed into an automated phone system, because you are not one of there regular customer. Although we have had an account there for over 20 years. The first time I called it was a 17 minute wait. The second time it was a 28 minute wait and today it was a 34 minute wait. This is horrendous customer service for being such a big company as they are. I would not have had to even call today and be placed on hold for 34 minutes if they had done their job and called me when my part came in, like they were suppose to. If needing a Lennox part, you may want to try elsewhere.
