The compressor was down for like a week. That would be understandable if they werent telling you itll be tomorrow. Most of the employees were fine, it really must suck working in a fishbowl. The department manager was very friendly and as helpful as she could be. Overall, It wasnt a great experience, but it wasnt for lack of trying.

At first when I arrived there at the designated place a lil after 7:00 it wasnt open. Because I was told they opened at 7:00 so I hurriedly tried to get there about the opening time. I was disappointed at first but when upon opening the young guy there got my vehicle on into the proper stall and changed my oil promptly. I was then pleased and left satisfied and happy. They turned my frown into a smile. Thank God.

Had a flat and the nice gentleman there fixed it in no time...to spec and filled with proper air...great service. I would definitely come back and get tires there and other services as well

The man was over the top amazing!!!!! Gave me all the information I could ever want on my car. Explained it in civilian (non mechanic) terms 🙃

WORST SERVICE EVER! No one was in line when we arrived, was told it would be an hour or so, waited 4 1/2 hours for an oil change and a tire rotation. No one could tell me anything as to why it was taking so long to have this work done. Do not waste your time or your patience.

The past 2 times Ive came its taken 4 hours to get my oil changed. The second time coming I got my tires rotated and my oil changed and they took 3 hours just for the tires to be rotated and then they gave me the receipt, they didnt even do my oil change so I came back in and its gonna take another hour, I do not recommend. I never give reviews but this was ridiculous. They need to hire better workers

From out of state and desperately needed a tire, how do you have an auto care center that for one opened at 9 and not 7, oh and couldnt do tires because both of their balancers were broken. Confirms walmart is terrible.

Terrible service, just look for an actual automotive shop. They get an attitude if you ask questions. Remember, you get what you pay for!

They wait was like two hours for a tire Change but they did do a good job I also went to get some candy

The slowest, least efficient auto care shop I’ve ever been to. All the employees were literally dragging their feet looking around at everyone waiting for their vehicles. A sad waste of time.

Not impressed with most employees lack of customer service. The manager was a new lady and the only person there who really helped me when everyone else just acted like they didnt care bout my business at all.
