SERVICES DEPARTMENT: I purchased 2 vehicles from Butler Honda in Milledgeville a month ago. I started having issues with the 2021 Honda Accord within a month. I was driving on the highway and all of sudden everything on my dashboard started blanking and blacked out. I then made an appointment with Hondas services. I got my car back I think the next day because I was told that it could possibly the censors and the car had been sitting on the lot for 90 days before I purchased it. Two weeks later the same thing happens again and by this time Im frustrated because I was taking a mini vacation and while driving the dashboard blanks out on the express way, had no idea on how fast I was going, gas usage, and without air conditioning as well. I then made another appointment and the services department act as if they didnt understand my frustration and why is this continue to happen. I was without a car for 3 business days, meaning that I had to find a way to work and home. They then tell me that theres something that going on with the software and that my car will be used as the crash dummy due to a new software or something like that per conversation with Jamie in the services department, and that she would be my personal assistance and that if the vehicle blanks out again to give her a call and that she would take care of a rental for me. I agreed and took my car home. This past Tuesday I was driving at night time and for the 3rd time my car dashboard went black again. I call Jamie the next following day as she advised me that she was going to call the rental place. She called back a little after lunch or before lunch and advised that I was second in line to get one and that the rental car place were waiting on someone to return a vehicle. Of course, I didnt get a rental car on Tuesday. I waited patiently to give her time. I didnt get a call with any updates about the rental process until yesterday around 3 pm just because she didnt follow back up with me about any updates. Jamie stated that now Im first to get a rental but she doesnt know when that would be. I then became frustrated because Im riding around in a vehicle endangering my life and the life of others because I dont have any other reliable transportation to get back and fourth to work. She then asked me what did she want me to do? I couldnt believe that she would ask me this question. I then asked her could I speak with Robert the other manager but hes on vacation this week and she advised that she was going to hang up the phone and she did. I then called back and spoke with someone else and asked if I could speak with Bryan. I left Bryan a message about what had been going on with my vehicle since I purchased it and that how unhappy that I were. He called back, Im not sure exactly what time but very unprofessional, and acting as if he was victim and putting words in my mouth as if I didnt want the rental, what did I want him to do, I cant get a rental until they have one available and might I add in BOLD and CAPITALIZATION QUOTE( YOU AINT GET ANOTHER CAR) I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life. This is far by the WORST Service Department EVER!!!

I wish I never would have bought here. 47k debt that broke down on me 3 times in the first week. Robert Lamana is disrespectful and very unprofessional. He lied about the car being inspected before I bought it and tried to bandaids the issue instead of doing good business and giving me a different vehicle. Too much stress. Too many problems. This place doesnt keep the promises made on website. They do not care about their customers. We are just numbers and letters on their boards and a commission check. What a shame. Dont do business here. You will regret it.

I had repaired done for an oil leak approximately 2 months ago and rated the service a 1 star because I thought the work had not been done correctly or to my satisfaction, believing that work said was done had not been done. However, I would have to retract that 1star rating and say that I “jumped the gun” so to speak and would have it was error on my part, the oil leak was done satisfactory. When I received a call from the service manager and told her how disappointed I was... I have to apologize to her and the service staff because the work was done correctly and I DON’T have a nor is my Ridgeline burning oil.Service is Great as I usually drive an hour and a half to get there and I will continue to use their service and no they didn’t pay me for this retracted review but as easily as I said 1 star I am man enough to offer the 5 star review for MY error. Keep up the Great service and I will continue to use their service department.

March 9th, I called to check about having driver side CV axle shaft replaced and requested the service department. Operator connected me and gave the person my information and what I needed. He said he would get service manager and then I was sent back to operator. She again connected me to another person in service and again was sent back to operator. She then sent me to parts department and the person didn’t seem to be too knowledgeable but after several minutes, he was able to give me a price for the axle shaft but by then, I was too upset about the run around.BOTTOM LINE: I would not recommend Butler Honda for service.

I just purchased our family’s fourth car from Butler Honda. I’ve enjoyed professional, friendly service there. My favorite salesman is Sam Kala. He is honest, listens, tries to work with his customers, and does not give up on the deal. I’ve bought three Honda’s from him now. I’ve loved them all!! Sam also services his sales. I’ve called him several times to talk over ideas and ask questions. He’s always willing to help. I’ll never buy from another dealership nor from anyone but Sam. They’re all great, but Sam will always be my “go to guy.” The last purchase was this past weekend. It was the most pleasant car-buying experience I’ve ever had.

The customer service sucks (maintenance dept). They are very unprofessional. Promises made ..but never kept. When these promises are brought to their attention, a case of amnesia occurs.

I trade in my CRV every 3 years. My sales person is Tyler Carter. She is very professional and understood my concern of exposure to COV19. We conducted business outside masked up. Within the space of about an hour I had traded in my old car and was back on the road in my new CRV. Having owned one since 1999 I dont even take a test drive. Best small SUV on the road!!

Everything went smoothly with buying our car and it was going to be a 4 star review. That said I was extremely put off by a salesperson driving the car we were currently purchasing off the lot to “get gas” only to buy a pack of cigarettes for another sale person and not filling the tank.The end of the sale, during the paperwork and signatures part we were convinced to get a warranty. Here I sit four days later and something is wrong with the car. The service department said there is nothing we can do because the warranty doesn’t kick in for another 26 days and transfers our call to sales where no one answers.

Do not buy tires from this dealership. They have no road hazard warranty. Even though I specifically asked, do they have road hazard and lifetime rotation and balance. She answered back we do not balance. The Honda dealership in Warner Robins stated that the milledgeville dealership(butler Honda) opted out of the Honda corporate warranty for tires. This would have been nice to know before we sent 800+ dollars on tires. So we picked up 2 nails off of the road. Both tires deemed not repairable do to the position of the nails. And BUTLER HONDA MILLEDGEVILLE says road hazard does not cover this. I am on the hook for 2 new tires. Needless to say I am a little frustrated! The original tires have not even been rotated once. No proration on a new purchase or anything. Absolutely unacceptable! Do yourself a favor buy and service from a different dealership! Milledgeville butler Honda what a disappointment.

I went there to get a service fixed for a recall on my car. I was greeted by a really friendly man who had great manners and was really nice. Everything was fixed in a timely manner and they even called me to let me know when I could come pick my car up (I had left the lot). Definitely recommend their services.

Lawrence who was a salesman at this dealership was great. However outside of him I must say that I am very disappointed with the customer service at this dealership and will not return ever! My first and last visit to the service department for an oil change has resulted in my splash guard missing. I was rudely told by Jamie that there is “nothing I can do for you.” I have bought 2 vehicles from the dealership (due to Lawrence’s great service), but I will never patronize this business again. I have never had an issue with my car being serviced at the Honda in Atlanta (where I normally get it serviced). I will never return to Butler Honda for anything and I would not recommend them to family or friends.
